Scott was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. He didn’t just tell me what needed to be fixed but why. He wants to do the job right the first time. Reasonable cost. I will definitely use Eclipse for any roofing needs in the future and highly recommend them.

Being a single mother of two. Did not have the money for a new roof. Like every other company was trying to sell me. Called Eclipse they came out on my schedule. Worked with me on different repair options and payments. I would recommend them to anyone. Great company to do business with.

Eclipse was cost-effective, friendly, timely, and did not try to upsell me on a full roof when all I really needed was a repair. When they saw more extensive repairs may need to be done, they called me and asked my permission instead of just doing it and running the bill up (as some companies do). Very honest and easy to deal with. Proof of insurance was offered and easy to obtain and transparent. Definitely recommend.

Had a leak for years. After several other companies I called Eclipse Roofing. They came out. Was very knowledgeable. Took pictures showed me exactly what was wrong. Took care of the issue and even cleaned up the mess other companies had made. I would highly recommend them for any roofing .

Roof was left unfinished causing leaks in the master bed room closet. Job was unprofessional and did not match the surrounding workmanship of materials decreasing my homes value. I will have to call another roofing company to repair properly.

Does a great job worth the money I spent

I reported the roof still leaked where it was repaired. He was to come the next day, but he didn't show. I repeatedly called with but no one answered the phone. A week later their phone was turned off. Would have been nice to know he was going out of business.

After several thousand dollars spent on other roofing companies coming out and not properly repairing my roof. I tried Homeadvisor out. Within a hour I was contacted by Eclipse Roofing and Gutters. They sent out a nice gentleman who look at my roof. Received a proposal that same day. Contacted the office and scheduled my repair. They came out did repair no leaks. IThe whole come any is just great to work with.

BEST COMPANY ON THE BEACH HANDS DOWN. They came out in the rain yesterday. Evaluated my problem. Installed a tarp to help minimize the interior damage. Came out this morning and made the repair needed. Great communication took plenty of pictures to show what was going on and explained it to me. Being older and not being able to get on the roof. I really appreciated their time and commitment in doing such a wonderful outstanding job.

Very happy with service. Explained everything he was doing . Repaired 2 leaks in my roof. Work was done timely despite the weather we were having. Would use again if needed.

Never hire this company. Didn't show didn't call, called twice got answering machine. At about 9am received call, roofer said it was raining so he wouldn't show told him wasn't raining at my house and wasn't forecasted to rain. Said he would come. 11am no show, called home advisor. They called roofer, roofer answered him and said would come after finishing job he was on. Had waited all morning for no show so I left to do errands, sent text msg to roofer that gate was open and supplies were in plain view. When I returned he was on roof. After 1-1/2 hrs went out to see if he needed something. Roofer was gone. He had replaced a 4X8 area and a smaller area at lower edge of roof. Contract called for him to replace 3 8X4 areas. I was providing 1 sheet of 1/2" ply wood, shingles and tar paper. Roofer was to provide and install 2 other sheet of plywood. Total cost of contract was $600. Roofer left 1 and 1-1/2 sheets of plywood. He didn't come to door, text or call me before leaving job to say he was not going to comply with contract. Called roofer and got answering machine. Sent roofer a text. Received no reply. Today 8/17/2018 received a call from roofer. Informed him that he had not completed contract and asked why he left plywood. Roofer said I was paying for it so he left it. Reiterated specifics of contract and informed him to come get plywood as it was suppose to be on roof and not on ground and I was not paying him $600 to call me with revised cost and come get plywood. Roofer called back and asked if $250 was ok. I agreed and told him to get some training on customer relations and honesty. DO NOT HIRE ECLIPSE ROOFING!! I paid vendor and they refuse to send me a Paid in Full receipt as I requested.
