I was a little concerned that Rafael did not show up for the job. He sent out two guys. One left leaving one guy to do the job by himself. It took him all day to complete the job. Rafael never came to inspect the job and I was told to make the check out to a different company name. This concerned me but Rafael told me that they had been hacked so they were using another name.

Called Rafael on a Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Had one of his guys come over by 2:30 p.m. that Saturday and diagnosed fuse blown on A.C. unit, replaced and cool air blowing by 3:00 p.m.

Rafael was friendly, courteous, and professional. Arrived on time, worked steadily to get the job done, and charged the quoted price, which was very reasonable. He did a few extra things to make it a real quality job, including some extra framing and wall repair. I have already recommended EcoAir to a friend.
