Cleaners were very professional, explained their products and prices. I had them clean the entire first floor of my home and they made my carpets look brand new. I am very satisfied with this company. I will hire them again when the time comes.

The technician showed up for the appointment and realized after arriving that he didnt have what he needed (someone had used his truck the day before). Luckily, I had visitors and a next day appointment was able to be accomodated. If not, I would've had to take a portion of my work day off twice. That is what brings customer service to 3.5 stars. The technician should've checked his van for the necessary equipment. He did give me 10% off for the inconvenience.
