Friday night my sewer line clogged where it exits the house and was backflowing up and from under my garage toilet. My plumber recommended Ecoclean. I called and they were there within 20 minutes and my clog was cleared within the hour. I am thoroughly impressed with the service, professionalism and friendly personality of the guy that did the work. Although $525 seemed a little high, it was an emergency call on a weekend and they saved me a lot of smelly damage so it was definitely worth it compared to the alternatives.

These folks were awesome. My drains were working again less than 24 hours from my first call to them. The guy who showed up to do the work was pleasant and professional. He took the few minutes to actually tell me what needed to be done and made me comfortable with his knowledge of the systems. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks.

We were under a time crunch to get the clog in our roof drain fixed. Water was coming through 3 floors of our house. Eco clean showed up fast and diagnosed the problem quickly. The technicians were incredibly friendly and I felt like they went out of their way to help me despite the fact that I was stressing out. They responded kindly and their work was clean and proficient. I am a contractor and will be using you guys again!

Very good at what they do but quite expense as what started out to be clearing a clogged sewer pipe for a $350 charge, ended up costing $600 to find out that the pipe had collapsed and the problem was not resolved on the first visit. In the end we had to have them excavate out to the street connection which, because of some City of Portland issues, they could not locate, so we had to pay extra for a new connection to be established. As I said, they were very professional and did an excellent job, but we spent much more than we had hoped. That said, I would highly recommend them.
