Very responsive and dependable !

Eco-Cleaning Systems did a good job cleaning our house. The team cleaned many areas in the time allotted. Tera, Sara, and the team were both professional and courteous. Tera was quick to respond to my online request for service. I was grateful to Tera for fitting our home in on such short notice.

Everything has been handled professionally & beneficial for me. I had surgery & really needed help. They have come through & made everything clean & dust free. It has been wonderful. Tara has been there for me.

She did a wonderful job! I live alone and have had 3 major surgery events...I can't do much that would seem simple to others. I was very happy with the work and would use them again.

They understand our business and are flexible about getting the job done when needed.

For the first cleaning they worked their butts off. It was a big job but they did well. The next day in the light I did notice a tiny bit missed but they have already been great with communication and assured me that anything I saw should be brought to their attention the next time and it will be addressed. I’m happy and intend to keep them. Very nice girls.

The two ladies were very personable and helpful to me. However, they left at dark. Next day with sun shining through, I could see spots on kitchen floor, grit on table just wiped over, items not picked up but dusted around, sweeping without moving furniture (lightweight table/chair so grit still on floor, items on desk not dusted at all, etc. OWNER contacted me and had the same cleaning ladies return in a week with a supervisor who did the proper cleaning. This value-added example rarely is demonstrated by owner/managers anymore. I think they will always seek to improve and I was very pleased to have them return.
