Be careful with these guys. Very concerning business practices. My experience with EcoDry Restoration was extremely disappointing and involved incomplete work, property damage, billing errors, and inadequate responses to documentation requests. EcoDry had to return because wet drywall that should have been removed was left behind. They also damaged tile, and my granite countertop was left unsecured, fell, and broke, leaving it unusable. Thankfully no one was injured. EcoDry then claimed I owed $10,668.57. I requested support for the charges, labor, equipment, and scope of work. Their own representative acknowledged a documentation error: ?Page 20 was not fully updated.? I also paid $1,000 toward the project, but that payment was not reflected in the balance. Twelve days after requesting a corrected ledger, I still had not received one. Instead of answering my billing questions, they questioned my experience with Xactimate. Based on my experience, I would not recommend EcoDry.

AWesome!!! Very professional, explained whole process, answered all my question....The guys that came to the house were wonderful--very professional, and did an awesome job--they cleaned up everything when they were done....Would def recommend ECODRY to anyone needing any sort of restoration.

Iâ m very happy about the quick response to repair the water damage to my house. All the workmen were very courteous and professional. Willie was very diligent in assessing the damage and explaining the process. Thanks to all.

Nathan came to our home and was ver professional and knowledgeable. He was also very knowledgeable on how insurance works. They also have a reconstruction company that they work with RMJ construction that also has the same degree of professionalism. Their supervisors are also very experienced and came out every day to check for moisture. Great experience overall for us.

Had a flood today.. Nathan was here within one and a half hours and had everything in hand right away. We still have a ways to go but it is comforting to know help is on the way.

They came out the same day, and Nathan walked me through the process, he called my HO insurance to make a claim and set up an appointment for them to come have a look at my kitchen and it was done that weekend and everyone was very professional.

It was pleasant to work with, Nathan was on top of everything, very proactive from beginning till the end and I highly recommend him.
