The repair people quit. Inspection was as expected. Price was quoted for repaiir. Appointment made to make washer repairs. No one showed. A few days later I received a call telling me that there was some problems and that the people I had talked with had quit. I had paid a $65 service call that was to be deducted from the repair. Job was very well done. Worker showed up late due to car trouble, but other than that we were very pleased with his knowledge and quality of work.

The company called right away to schedule service - came out the same day. Great company and would use them again.

They contacted me right away and were very helpful and honest. We set up a date for an estimate and they were right on time gave a fair estimate and were able to start the work the same day.

The guy didn't know what to do or how to fix the grill. They charged me 65 bucks anyway.

We had a problem with the dryer turning itself off. At first we thought it was the dial but someone suggested it might be a relay switch that sences when the clothes are dry. I called back to suggest we try other things before we spend $125 on a dial. He said he would check everything out when he came. My husband said he didn't check anything else, he just installed the dial. So, we spent $190.00 and the dryer is still doing the same thing. The technician did come back out to check it out but couldn't find anything else wrong. He suggested it was probably a clogged vent. It wasn't that and we're still having problems.

Leed Pro Services were the first to contact me on my project and asked me when I needed this done. Don called me when the owner told me he would and came over within half an hour after. I shown him the different projects I had for him, which ranged from installing a portable A/C, making a 5" hole in a wall, to hanging curtain rods and blinds. He also changed many locks and installed 2 new ones. I was impressed on how well and how fast he did everything I needed, and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Don.

The repairman checked out my electric range and determined it needed a PC board, but when he plugged the unit back in it apparently rebooted and is now working.

They came out to my house quickly and diganosed the problem. They told me what it would cost and let me decide what to do. In this case I chose not to have them fix my washer because of the nature of the repair, how old the wahser was, and what it would cost to buy a new washer. I was pleased with the honesty they provided....I would use them again.

Repairman Don came out and the freezer problem was the relay, change the relay switch ($198), Freezer not working. Don second trip, heater and thermostat bad, change parts ($97) freezer not working. Don and his Boss repaired the ground, freezer should work. Freezer went from 40 degrees to 80 degree. Now they think that it may be the compressor. They will come Monday and return the old parts and refund all but $50.00 for the service call. Money down the drain.

Response after selection was quick. Servicing of appliance was fast and friendly.

They came out and we thought the problem was fixed but 3 weeks later it happened again. They responded right away and found an additional issue and fixed it. Even tho it wasn't quite the same thing they did not charge any labor for the second trip, just charged for parts. Our technician Jim was great. He is very personable and certainly represents the company well. We will most certainly recommend them every chance we get.

sent servicemagic request and Jim called within 5 minutes. Evaluated what was wrong w/ 4 year old fridge on same day then came w/ parts next morning (Sat. is normal day off) and repaired. I used service magic's website to find somebody to fix my dryer. Within 30 minutes Eco Fresh called me. Within an hour of that I had Don over and my house fixing my dryer. Not only was he able to fix the dryer, but he fix and replaced the leaking garbage disposal, and the leaking toilet. He got it all done in a couple of hours. This company is awesome. If you need anything done around the house call them.

Based on the one job they have done for me I would recommend them to anyone!

Very professional

Prompt, very knowlegable with the problem with the ice maker.

Dishwasher...first repairman did not have a clue what he was doing. He was also two hours late. Second repaiman came out a few days later, also two hours late, fixed the problem, but reassembled the door improperly so it would not close and lock. After he left I had to take apart the door and fix the repairman created problem myself. Yes they were the first to call me, but they were very disorganized in scheduling and extremely unprofessional, not to mention incompetant.

Nothing wonderful about the repair. The job got done quickly but I had to call them back several times to get other things back to normal.
