"I completed my Job but she asked me for more things for her bathtub which it was not my job and it has liability I explained to her that, this part of the job is the factories responsibility because I can not open your bathtub. Already I brought dedicated line with switch disconnected for bathtub (as she requested) But she asked me to do more Plus her bathtub position was wrong to work on it (even for bathtub factory guys ) and she would instead to keep it as is."

Ashkan took care of my wiring problem in no time at all. The residence is old and wiring had not been upgraded but he was able to locate the issue, keeping me updated as he did his troubleshooting, and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend him and am very satisfied with his work.

Ashkan and his employee did an excellent job wiring multiple rooms and installing 20 recessed lights / light fixtures. Both were cordial, knowledgeable and very professional. They took the time to explain how the process would work and obstacles they may face along the way. They also took additional steps to minimize patching work and protect our furniture. They showed up on time and worked long hours to meet our timeline. We are very satisfied with the outcome and quality of their work. We would highly recommend them to anyone with similar electrical needs.

The technician was difficult to work with,did not adequately explain the steps involved in replacing an electrical box, was not cooperative with scheduling the inspections etc.

"she was a very nice lady but she doesn't know any thing about the processing of time schedule with city inspection and PG&E coordination. that was a reason she was confused. and she is not living in these area she is living in L.A. any way everything was under control and finished up completely with her daughter satisfaction."
