Carpets are saturated with water for well over 24 hours. My experience with other cleaners is that carpet is dry in just a couple hours.

Tom Kelly arrived on time and got the work done promptly. I had 2 chairs and 2 mattresses. One of my chairs is a recliner that was overdo in cleaning. He brought that chair back to life! His rates are responsible as well. I would highly recommend him

I am thrilled with Eco Green and Tom Kelly! It's not easy to remove nicotine residue from furniture ~ Tom did it! My two year old sofa, loveseat (very light color) & armchair have been restored to their original color. Tom is returning to try to clean up our recliners in few days. The living room carpet looked great but I was disappointed with the upstairs Berber carpet. The two prominent stains look worse now than before. In Ecoâ s defense, I didnâ t know what made the stains so he, obviously, didnâ t know how best to treat them.

He got the carpets very clean very quickly. They were minimally soiled with only on spot requiring special attention. The area to be cleaned was very small, but there in a minimum which I understood would be the cost. I asked him to clean a 4 X 6 area rug (additionally) which was not â dirtyâ , but why not clean everything? He charged me for an additional room! Totally arbitrary. Price was not related to area or level of soil. The carpets are beautifully clean, but the drying time was not less than a steamer clean. Not a problem, but it had been touted as an advantage over steam cleaning. We are happy with the job, but think the pricing is whatever comes to mind.

"Hi Bette, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you think that we charged you for an extra room. We did not. We charged you what we get for area rugs which is only $25 as for the other rooms we cleaned all the exposed areas as you asked with one room in particular that had pets stains. We actually only charged you our minimum of $175 total for three rooms and an area rug. As for drying time it all depends on how deeply we have to apply cleaner, type of weather that day and type of carpet."

Tom was awesome! He came and checked out 2 rooms that the carpeting was totally soiled and had been that way for a couple of years until we were able to get tenants out. I really thought nothing could be done, I was going to have to tear the carpets out. Tom looked at it and said he'd do his best but it may have some stains that can't be removed but they would be lighter. I agreed to try. WOW! It almost looks new! A few very light spots but hardly noticeable! I would definitely recommend Eco Green! Customer service was excellent as well!
