Misrepresented what needed to be done to upcharge , then only did partial of estimated work . Problem was resolved but way overcharge . 475.00 for one hour of work

Ben arrived on time and thoroughly checked the entire fireplace insert to see what was working and what was not. He diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate of what the cost would be and what needed to be done to repair the problem. He seemed to know his craft very well. He told me the part would take about 1 week and then one week later he was here to replace the part. Very efficient and professional job done. I am pleased. It was a reasonable cost compared to one other estimate I got.

Ben did an amazing job! He was on time and clean up after he was done. He took the time to explain and show me photos of the vent before he started, then shared before and after Live Photos of the vent. I would highly recommend Eco Green Home Services.
