My experience was similar to Dianas and then some. My project was twofold. To fill in a pool, which was removed for reuse, remove existing concrete. and then a small BA addition which never came to fruition. This was to accommodate the needs of my son has specific special needs. The company was very quick to act on the removal of the pool. They took a down payment of 1/3 for the entire project, filled the hole after removal of the pool, used my money, and sat on a yard full of dirt for 9 months. They walked off with pool equipment that was not rightfully theirs to take. They had one excuse after another but never obtained a building permit for the addition. It was never even filed for 4 no. After my down payment. After some time passed, Michael felt he needed additional funds, another 1/3 for expenses incurred, which there was no proof of, and which was not by the contract which I stated. The crew was then pulled off the job due to this fact with still no building permit. I had to hire an attorney to have Michael back off the request for additional money to complete the job. They were finally given a deadline of 10 months. Later, they were still unable to meet. In all fairness, they came to minimally finish my yard. Never got my addition and do not feel I ever want to go through this again. They did get a free pool all the equipment and supplies needed for $500.00 which was negotiated down from my end and it was like pulling teeth to get it. Consumers beware!

HOME OWNERS BEWARE. I hired â eco-greenâ for an extensive bathroom renovation. I was quoted $15,000 which quickly turned into ($20K) after they had my deposit. Everything started out smooth, I was very surprised how reasonable the pricing was. When I first met Michael, he was very personable and explained the process to me. When they quoted the job he assured me multiple times that any unforeseen issues/hiccups, are added in to his quote and Eco-green would cover any unforeseen cost that may arise in addition to the price they quoted. Although I had a good gut instinct about the whole situation, I soon found that to be a blatant lie. The job was supposed to be completed before Christmas 2020. It is now April 2021 and I still have an unfinished bathroom. Michaelâ s partner Ruben is extremely professional and does very good work. However, Michael is not qualified for his job. Every time there was an issue, it was due to Michael dropping the ball and not ordering the supplies/material, lack of communication with his employees, Or simply promising some thing without the intentions of fulfilling it. Michael under quoted the job in order to get the contract. After realizing he under quoted, he started cutting corners at every chance he got. There were several circumstances where my husband and I had to purchase the materials ourselves for the company to install. Yet, we were still charged as if they purchased the materials. I highly advise any homeowners to look elsewhere for renovation work.

I had two bathrooms remodeled. WOW what a good job!! Love the new floors , cabinets and toilets. The work crews were courteous and very professional. My wife made several work order changes and they were incorporated into the installation with a smile. A very fair price without any surprises. I found a couple minor issues and they were immediately remedied.
