They’re now called Exterior Recovery..did a fantastic job with the unique situation with out home. Very happy with the results!

So the initial quote I got was extremely high, about 4k more than what we finally settled on, however it did take some bargaining and gathering other quotes that were more competitive to drop the price. Then after that, I gave them a check for 50% to order the materials that was supposedly going to take 2 weeks to arrive. And then it got pushed to 3 weeks, and then was closer to about 4 weeks when it finally arrived, however, I was not told at all that it was going to be delayed until I inquired about it multiple times. Then they said they would start the project on the Friday when material arrived and work Saturday and probably finish by Monday. What actually happened was they started Friday, left it untouched on Saturday after removing a bunch of siding, and then came back Monday. And then did not finish the job until Thursday. After that they came immediately in contact with me to do a final walk around. We found a couple things that did not quite meet with the standards, and they said they would send someone back to fix it, but still wanted to collect the final check saying it was completed. I am pretty easy going so I obliged, but no one has been back to fix the work or to schedule it. They also put the mailbox on the wrong side of the house so that it does not make sense to open the door and get the mail any more. Overall, they did the job and it looks pretty good. Just not great.

Pierce and his team were great! From our initial meeting to discuss the project, they made sure they understood what exactly I was looking for, down to every last detail. Throughout the project's completion they ensured that the work was meeting my expectations, and when a minor tweak was needed at one point, they were quick to make the change.

We're very impressed by how hard these people work and by the excellent job they do! It takes a great deal of skill, knowledge and patience; much more than one might realize, to put new siding onto a house and separate garage. We recommend them in the strongest possible terms. Supervisors were very responsive to questions and concerns, the crew did a professional install that was inspected and passed by the manufacturer and the city, and despite weather and product availability issues that arose, they finished quickly, and at the agreed-upon price. Our home looks 1000x better, nicer than new, and is better insulated than as built. For a really good price for the size of job, and the top-of-the-line materials we wanted.

The sales people with Eco Home Exteriors talk a good talk and totally had me sold with their “we’re the best of the best, you don’t pay a dime until the work is completed and you’re totally satisfied, we only use in-house labor, etc.” spiel. I even spent MORE than quotes I received from competitors because I believed they would be the best and with an investment of that size, it was worth it to me to pay a little more for top- quality ($13k out of pocket). Unfortunately, they over promise and under deliver.... The Office Manager, Sarah, was the only one who followed through on anything- but she was limited with what she could do when it came to her field personal. The craftsmanship was shotty at best, the sales person started hounding me for payment before the job was even done and tried guilting me into paying him saying that he wouldn’t be able to pay his guys. Such a frustrating experience! The siding is warped in one whole section but at that point I just wanted to be done with them and didn’t have the perseverance to deal with them anymore. Do yourself a favor and find another company!

Eco was very responsive in communications and was able to provide quotes/pricing right away. They provided options and followed through on timelines. I did encounter issues with my siding after install but Eco returned to completely resolve issues for me at no additional cost. The test of a company is really how they operate when something goes wrong and I was very happy with their follow up to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would use this company again.

The siding work was outstanding but the painting work was not. Fareev seemed like customer service was a top priority but after he took my money he nor his office would return my many calls to address some loose-ends and concerns. The job was pricey and based on my experience as a customer this was not a good value for my money. Be aware!

Supervisor was very friendly, they did a great job, the clean up was good, I found pop cans laying on the hill side, and my sons trailer was scratched from latter or debris they hauled off. They also cut my direct TV cable and I had to call Direct TV out to repair the cable.

Payed attention to detail, cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned up some debris of mine. Great Job!

Eco Home was very professional over the phone and helpful in completing vinyl siding replacement project. The crew was able to quickly take care of replacing damaged and missing siding that matched my original siding on my 15 year old house. If I had this to do again or when I replace the entire siding in the future I would call them first without hesitation.

Let me first say that Fareed has personally called me and has taken ownership of the following: I was given a time frame in which the work would be completed, but apparently that was unrealistic. The project ended up taking much longer than I thought causing me to be late to an event and having to cancel on another. I would still recommend this company even with the delay in work. Jason, Fareed, and Sarah each spoke with me separately and have taken full ownership of the issue without me having to pry an apology out of them.

Our project took longer than I would ideally have liked. I have got to tell anyone these people mean what they say they committed to getting things right and as I said Fareed stayed with his total commitment to not just getting it done but getting it done RIGHT! A lot of places would have vanished not the folks at ECO! Despite a few hi-cups along with a dropped ball here and there the job is done and done right very pleased and I thank Fareed for his commitment to their word of total customer satisfaction! We got at least 10 different estimates all varying in prices. Eco Home Exteriors was close to being one of the best prices that I received. I went with Echo because of the reviews that I found on several different websites. The comments about Fareed are not exaggerated he is awesome.  He knows how to take care of a customer.  Any questions or concerns that we had he corrected. If you're looking to get siding I recommend going with Eco Home Exteriors.

We hired this business to re-side one wall of our house. We were informed it was a 2 day job...took 2 months. Workmanship was poor, crew should have had constant supervision. Wires to garbage disposal and outlet cut when removing old siding-went without either for 1 month during the holidays. Tore screen in new patio door. Did not replace awning properly. Was not going to caulk windows/door until asked. Furnace vent put on backwards twice. First round of siding removal left the yard a mess, took me 1.5 hours to pick up trash, nails, etc. Garbage pile sat in front of our house for 2 weeks because they forgot to report they were ready for pick up. Threw away awning cover hardware-we advised they needed to order from SunSetter, when they realized we knew what we were talking about it took them a month to order from Sunsetter. We would not recommend this company to anyone. We were advised this was their best crew...if this was their best we don't even want to know what their worst looks like.

We expected a nice improvement but the final work was way more that we anticipated - in a great way. It looks like our house is brand new!

They finished the job in a timely manner

Sales: the initial consult led us to believe we would have a better product used for the repair, and scheduling was confused. Siding Repair: Materials were damaged and installed improperly, installers also damaged boards already on the house, leaving them exposed. A second crew (obviously the A team) had to come back and reinstall prior repairs. Boards on the house that were not replaced but were damaged by the company were caulked over- although the foreman promised that the painters would use "special bonding cement" . Painting: this crew did a nice job, although again, they didn't power wash the house as they said they would. Bottom line: keep a close eye on all phases of this service since they will cut as many corners as possible. Lastly, get several quotes, the foreman told us that due to demand, they could have charged us TWICE the amount, as they have done to others.

I cannot thank you enough for the flawless service you provided us just recently. We commend the excellence of your sales staff who started it all. He was extremely helpful and honest about the work necessary on our house, during our discussion we were delighted by his in-depth product knowledge and obviously motivated us by treating us without pressure, but with courtesy and fairness which made up for the frustration we had gone through after 4 other estimates and saved us several hundred dollars. The workmanship was done with detail and attention, with daily visits by the site manager. Our neighbours have stopped by to admire our good as new home and very impressed with overall outcome.We want anyone seeking quality siding to know that ECO Home Exteriors are such a valuable and capable resource that you can highly rely on and a phone call away.
