My family and I inherherited a house in Capon Bridge, WV, about an hour and a half from our home, so we were only available to come clean out the house on the weekends. One Saturday, we found signs of termites. It put everything to a standstill. I googled, 'same day termite inspections ' and was transferred to a call center of a nationally known pest control company, who told me good luck finding someone to come out same day, especially on a Saturday. My next call was to Eco-Home solutions. It was about 1pm on a Saturday, and by 3pm, Gary was at our house giving us a free, no obligation termite inspection. He stopped by our house on his way home! Gary saved the day! Corporate can't give you customer service like that! He was very knowledgeable, not just about termites, but codes required to do the extermination, and necessary paperwork associated with buying and selling a house. He was so patient, answered all of our questions, had the job done the same week, quality work, reasonably priced, and his work came with a warranty. Down to earth. 100% recommend
