Hired to deal with a yellowjacket nest in the siding of my house. They sent a guy to spray it promptly. Unfortunately it didn't work, activity resumed shortly after and we started getting them in the house which was a concern. They came back out and treated the problem a second time, but only after waiting a few days because they said the insecticide from the original job would take some time to work, but clearly it just hadn't worked. Anyhow, they were nice enough about it, but wish I didn't have to get them out a second time and that they came to ensure the wasp problem was dealt with earlier. I would use them again though, I think it was just bad luck in my case.

The sub-contracted technician called to advise me that he would be coming at the later end of my time window, and when he arrived he realized that his equipment had broken in the truck after his last job. I needed him to finish the job on the day scheduled and he came back later with repaired equipment and finished, appeared to do a thorough job. He went home late that day but my ant problem seems to be solved.

I called ECO Island in a panic and they came out within 3 hours. The owner Tim is awesome. I was not able to meet him at the house so he called me upon arrival to go through details of what he was going to do. He also gave a free inspection on the rest of my house and texted me pictures of areas needing more attention. I highly recommend these guys. Very professional and friendly.
