This company is responsive to customer needs. I felt that it was easy to get assistance when I had an issue.

Used them for years. Renewed our contract for another year in July and paid in advance. They sent us a reminder on a Friday for our service appt the following Monday but no one showed up for the appt. We have called and called, left messages, and even snail mailed them a copy of our paid contract. Nothing. No response at all. So sad after we have been loyal customers for years. Noticed a "for rent," sign in front of their bldg today. Hope they are all okay but a refund and explanation would be super.

Vendor signed contract and ghosted us for two months straight. Called and left numerous voicemails. Cannot recommend a service that takes your money and does nothing after the first day.

It's too soon for review

Tech showed up in a poorly cared for, personal vehicle with no company logos that I could see. If the company had not notified me of the tech name that was coming to our home I would have been very suspect if he even worked for the company. On the brighter side, their tech did seem knowledgeable of the different pests around our home and he did catch some threats that I had not seen myself. This company needs to work on the appearance of their equipment and personnel. Otherwise, seems like they provided good service so far. Finally, it was not clear to me ahead of time that EcoLife was coming out of Albany, OR when I live in Sandy, OR - nearly 2 hours away. Seems could make it a little more clear how big of a net they are casting for services. There are plenty of providers closer to our home.
