Here is the "kicker" as to why I hired EL on the spot. The technician came out on time and looked at the issue at hand. He mitigated one issue on "his dime" meaning he did some pro-bono work first and then left me an estimate for the remainder of the work TBD. He did not have to climb the roof to take care of the "presenting" issue but as I mentioned he did. For that, I hired him on the spot. If he is an example of customer then they sent the proper technician.

Response by EcoLife: Hi Jim, We are sorry for any confusion on your appointment time! I double-checked everything on our end to figure out what happened. It looks like your appointment is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday May 30th between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. I pulled the call log to find out if the office followed our procedures. We always confirm the full day and time with our clients at least twice when we set appointments. From the call, Carol confirms the appointment 3 times for May 30th, the final time shifting the arrival time from 9-9:30 to 8-8:30 at your request, so that you could have time to make it to an appointment later in the day.
