"We apologize for the miscommunication, you were speaking with one of our helpers who are on site to assist with materials, tools, and whatever is needed to make the job move as efficiently as possible, they do not build the actual fence. The materials are always paid for by the customer simply because they belong to the customer. Often times the install may get adjusted along the way depending on the flow of the ground or unexpected areas that need extra attention, this is needed so everything looks nice and straight by the time it's completed. The older pieces of irrigation lines were attached to the concrete of the old fence when it was removed, and the much older landscaping pavers were also in the fence line, and crumbled as we tried to move them to install the new fence. This is why we repaired the irrigation with all new materials, and purchased all new pavers for you. We apologize you weren't completely satisfied with the experience not all projects go as smoothly as we hope, this is also why part of our process is to do the full walk through of the project with you before we ask for final payment.
