AND, IN THE PROCESS HE QUICKLY DIAGNOSED AND FIXED A FAULTY ELECTRICAL CONNECTION FROM THE WALL SWITCH TO THE FIREPLACE IGNITION ELEMENT. Straight shooting guy. All about your budget I understand how to evaluate work and the value in it and he comes through I saved roughly 600$ on my gas plumbing job at no loss to quality and I actually trust the work he did. And he walked me through and taught me everything I need to know, alot I already knew but I learned alot as well he took the time to answer my questions. Jordan has helped us with several repairs we have needed over the last couple of years ranging from outdoor repairs on our house to indoor plumbing and electrical problems to fix. Our 2 biggest repairs were water leaking from 2 toilets into the ceiling below them. Jordan correctly diagnosed the problem both times and replaced parts and a seal in the first instance and the same along with installing a new toilet as well in the second. He spent time educating us on the problem and how he planned to fix it. He volunteered to stop and pick up the new toilet for us as well. He is very organized and skilled and always leaves his work area spotless! Very easy to work with and we absolutely appreciated his explanations what he was doing. You will be happy with the work he does for you.

Jordan was very personable and professional. He educated me on what needed to be done and why. He showed up when he said he would be there. And he was able to come quickly, as I was afraid my leak was really going to get bad. He quoted one price, then let me know that the cost would actually be less. Jordan came out and gave us a free estimate. He spent 2 hours down in our tight crawlspace getting pictures and video for the insurance company. He then spoke to the adjuster on the phone while he was here to ensure that the insurance company got everything they needed for the HVAC repair claim. This was all before we even paid him a single penny! He spend a week pulling out all the old damp ducting that was damaged by ground water (it smelled so bad). Then he designed and rebuilt a brand new ducting system in our crawlspace that would give us the best protection from being damage from water in the future. His pricing was fair and he didn't charge us for any overages. He quoted us the price before the project started and anything extra along the way that he wasn't able to predict, he took care of it. He also guaranteed his work for a lifetime because he is that confident in his work. His attention to detail is amazing and quite frankly... He is an HVAC geek. Bottom line, we were without heat in the middle of winter and he took care of us from start to finish. Thanks Jordan!

Jordan recently replaced my gas water heater. There were a few glitches, and he returned three times to remedy the problem. The issue was with the water heater, not the installation. He was willing to do whatever it took -even replace the water heater, at no extra charge. He resolved the issue without a replacement. I cannot say enough about his work ethic, honesty, and great attitude. You can see that he loves what he does, and is very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again.

Jordan was prompt and in short time he claimed to have fixed my fireplace. Paid him $150.00 and he left. Two weeks later when I tried to start the fireplace, I had to dismantle and light by hand. Called Jordan and he came and told me it was time to replace not fix. He returned my money and left. When I went to hand light the fireplace it was no longer possible. Jordan had taken my fireplace from difficult to defunct. I ordered a pilot assembly, installed it, and now I again have a lovely fireplace.

Jordan Watkins took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. He was very efficient in resolving the issue we were having with our furnace. He also was able to correct a problem with it to make the furnace more energy efficient. I would hire Jordan again and I highly recommend him.

Jordan was excellent. We hired him to do the yearly maintenance on our furnace. He showed up on time, cleaned the furnace and the surrounding area so they looked better than new. Sealed up some holes in the furnace that was allowing dust into the furnace. Inspected the burners and zip tied the wiring so that it didnâ t look like a mess inside. We are selling this house so I have taped his business card to the furnace so the new owners can call him to have their maintenance done. I would recommend him to anyone for their HVAC work. Thanks
