I always appreciate the technicians who come and do pest/rodent control. No creepy crawly pests and no rodents. Jonathan came to the house for rodent control. He is a great technician - explained what he was going to do and he did it. Well done, Jonathan.

I moved into a new home and acquired their service from a door-to-door salesman who promised me this was a month-to-month agreement and that I could cancel at any time. That turned out to be a lie. Their service treatment failed to kill more than 20% of insects and even fewer ants. My sales guy never returned my calls or texts and I even tried to call the main number but every time, I was put to voicemail with no callback. I finally emailed that I wanted to cancel and they charged me $250.00 for my troubles. Beware!!!

The services and pricing they provided were fine, but I was told by the gentleman when I signed up that I could cancel anytime. When I called to cancel, they told me that there would be a $250 charge and that it was a binding contract. I feel like I was lied to and I will never be using them again.

They did not clear all the nests. I had to go out and purchase more spray, Then they came out again to try another time.

They were soooo nice and very knowledgeable! I learned some things when they came by and did an amazing job! Highly recommend!!!

They went out of the way and did a great job.
