Quinn is a very nice man, he traveled some distance to do my job. He was on time and his estimate was very reasonable and he stuck to it. The end product made everything look new. We live in a large mobile home. He washed the siding, the windows and doors, the skirting, and a large deck. He also did the visible pad around our skirting. I would not hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to others.

Quentin was very responsive on calls/follow-up and scheduling. He showed up as he stated and was very thorough and walked around several times to clean up to ensure home was entirely clean. If you need your home power washed, call him!

Eco-Pro did a nice cleaning on the exterior of the home, trim, and exposed concrete, but not on the exterior of the house enclosed in the porch. I had pointed this out to the owner as we discussed the job prior to washing and he felt the dirt would come right off. Unfortunately, it did not. When this was pointed out after the washing was complete, he took a rag and wiped it with no difference being seen. While washing, one of the shutters fell off the house. We were told he would be back the next day to put it back up. He never came.

Mary, when we discussed the interior section of the porch I stated everything should come off. I never guarantee with staining. On the walk around with your husband I pointed out the staining had not come out, it wasn't the other way around. So then, I went and scrubbed it by hand to no prevail. As for the shutter, most fasteners where already broken before we even started working, one of the last 2 fasteners broke while washing. I do apologize it was not replaced because I did indeed say that I would. Unfortunately mistakes happen, a phone call would have resolved this issue.
