    If I could give this company 100 stars I would. Josh and the EcoPure team were amazing to work with. We were first time homeowners and had unexpected kitchen damage within our first year of owning. We really didnâ t know where to start or who to contact. We met with Josh and from the get go he was helping us â adultâ . I have no clue what we would have done without Josh and his guidance. Not only was the team professional but they were also super friendly and you could tell they really cared. The whole team was amazing and our project went quickly, even considering how much damage had occurred. We canâ t thank Josh and the EcoPure team enough, I will recommend them forever and always.

    For the second time this year, we needed to call Josh Long and his team at Eco Pure to address a water leak in our home. After receiving excellent service in June 2019 due to a leak in our kitchen, we did not hesitate to call Josh when we had a second, unrelated incident in one of our bathrooms in December 2019. As with the first call, we give Eco Pure the highest rating for being responsive, knowledgeable, performing quality work and being respectful of our personal property. We were especially impressed at how quickly Eco Pure responded during the Christmas season, since our leak was discovered on December 23rd. Project specifics: After discovering a water leak in our upstairs bathroom, we called Josh, and he arrived with his team in less than two hours to evaluate the leak and set up fans and humidifier to start the drying process. At that time, Josh scheduled a date for the demo and showed up as expected on that scheduled date. When it was discovered that we needed plumbing services to prevent further damage, Josh contacted us quickly and due to his recommendations for plumbers, we were able to get the work completed within a few hours. The fans and humidifier were left in place for several days to ensure everything was dry. Josh called us a few days after his services were complete and paid for, just to check in that we were able to find someone to complete repairs. We are currently in process of hiring a dry wall installer to repair the damage and due to the diligence and quality of effort we observe by Josh and his team, we highly value any service providers recommendations by him. Throughout the entire process, Josh was very responsive and took the time to call us back quickly whenever we had questions. As a homeowner, overwhelmed with these unexpected situations, twice in one year, we were grateful to work with Eco Pure because we felt confident that the work was being done correctly. We would absolutely recommend Eco Pure and would hire them again if necessary.

    About 4 months ago we woke up to water throughout the kitchen. I don't remember how I came across their number but it was the best thing that could have happened. They explained in detail what to expect and eased a ton of anxiety considering all of the damage that occurred. Not only did they do an exceptional job with the clean up but then I found out that they could also help with the repairs. These guys were completely upfront and honest about EVERYTHING! Absolutely incredible to work with and exceeded all expectations. They worked with my insurance company and helped me get things done that wasn't originally included in the insurance bid. They finished the entire project on time, exceeding all expectations. I still walk around the house amazed at the attention to detail with their work. This is the only company you should call if you have any sort of water damage to your house.

    The brothers, Josh & Jake,at Ecipure Restoration recently helped us address some water damage at our condo due to a busted water valve. They were friendly, fast, reliable, and very easy to work with. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and more importantly, accessible. Josh and his team of contractors were timely, efficient and respectful of our property. Ecopure Restoration helped to streamline the process with the insurance, from the initial emergency mitigation services (demo, dryout, etc) throughout the entire restoration/rebuild. Josh was so patient with us as we navigated through the entire ordeal. He was in constant communication with us during the process, even providing us with photo updates, which gave us peace of mind. It really was a godsend that our dear friend/neighbor had recommended them to us. They made dealing with this nightmare of a situation a little less dreadful.
