I invited Eco Roof Service to visit cost estimate for the roof replacement work on my house. Jodi came to my house as scheduled and provided me many useful information and technical details. He is polite, efficient, knowledgeable, very professional, and provided me his estimate on site on paper. I am impressed on how prepared he is. Everything was installed perfectly. I would definitely hire them again in a second, and have recommended them on our neighborhood listservs.

The finished roofing job looks excellent, and there were no waste materials left around the house. Eco Roof Service recommended a few additional services during the estimate, such as reroofing a stairway shelter to match the main roof, and that gave me a complete job that will save me years of worry. Tom personally came to the house for the estimate. His price was in line with others, but was actually lower when considering the materials and extra work they did. I did not feel pressured in any way to accept his proposal. He cited higher quality materials than I anticipated, especially on the shingles and underlayment. In the end, the crew did the job on schedule and completed it ontime. Overall, I was very pleased with the roofing job and would highly recommend Eco Roof Service.

They did a superb job. We were so pleased. It was a 3 day job and they just did great work. The price was good it seemed reasonable and they did such a great job, it was well worth it. They were great to work with. They had 4 guys and it took 3 days. I gave them an overall grade of an A because of the careful quality of the work that they did. They had all the materials they needed. Once they started the work it went very smoothly. There werent really any hiccups along the way there was no delay. It just went really smoothly. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I did not have to do anything. They carefully took off the damaged roof and applied the new roof. I found then to be really professional, thorough conscientious and really good craftsman at their job. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend Eco Roof Service!

Eco Roof Service did an excellent job on both the roof and the attic parts of the work! Aaron was great to work with, putting the customer first and working with me until we had a solution to the attic problem. Excellent installation by knowledgeable providers the roofing work. Jeff from Eco Roof Service is an extremely experienced roofer. He has done countless houses in my neighborhood. I got his name from and neighbor and a real estate agent who sells homes in our area. Jeff went up on my roof himself to check the problem, unlike some of the roofers who will send an estimator and then get back to you with the cost. I did not have to pay anything until the job was complete. Also, Jeff patched some small holes we had in the roof for no additional cost. His workers were courteous and cleaned up after each days work. Overall a good good experiences with him. I would definitely use this company again!

After several roofing companies told me what good condition by houses roof was in and how I had 10 years left with it etc. We would get it patched only to watch the leak start again with every rain storm. Very frustrating, to say the least. I called Eco Roof Service and Jodi was over promptly. He saw what nobody else did....that the roof had been put on in such a cheap and shoddy manner, it did not matter that the shingles were in technically good condition. The roof was a disaster. Since the project was enormous, Jodi found a way to divide it so that we could do an entire reroof in different parts. This was part one. Once they removed the roof, they discovered the underlying plywood to be so rotted that one of the workers actually had his boot go through the rotten wood into my bathroom where the leak was. It was in dreadful condition and Eco Roof Service replaced all the plywood. They completed the work in a week and cleaned up very nicely. This roofing company knows their stuff and they do not take shortcuts. I am convinced that the only reason all these other roofing companies get business is because more people are interested in the job being done as fast and cheap as possible. All that does is create more work down the line. I have learned a thing or two about roofing just through talking to Jodi, who is more knowledgeable than all the other roofers I saw put together. And it is fairly eye opening. If you are interested in having your roof done right, go with Eco Roof Service. Excellent quality work and customer service. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend Eco Roof Service!!

Eco Roof Service team did an amazing job fixing my roof! They came out the day after I reached out to them took great care inspecting the roof. They sent me a very reasonable estimate and walked me through what they thought would be the final total, and they were spot on. They even shared all the photos they took of the process so I knew I was not being scammed. I will continue to use Eco Roof Service for roof job I need done!

Eco Roof Service installed a new metal roof! The crew did outstanding work. Aaron was accessible, friendly, and understood our needs. He answered the many questions that I had. The budgeting number they gave us at the outset ended up being the price. They were able to complete the job before my daughters birthday party as they stated they would. We are very pleased with their work. I would use them again.

Roofing should last a long time. The TPO membrane roof they sold me for the flat portion of the house is now leaking after 5 years. No visible signs of damage and weâ ve kept it clean. According to the service rep there was no warranty on that roofing, something I find it hard to believe was disclosed as I would not have been comfortable going ahead with this project. The crew was messy in work habits and had to return to complete the clean up as it wasnâ t done very well. Someone then had to return a 2nd time to pick up unused materials. They helped themselves to my extension ladder. Not professional at all.

The only positive (other than having them out of our lives - until we get a leak of course): Good workmanship (so far) Stay away, unless you want: 1) to be lied to by the salesperson regarding the project start date, 2) little or no communication by the production mgr on the project status, 3) to be called a douche bag, and accused of harassing his office staff by the owner, 4) to be talked to like a child in a demeaning way by the office staff, 5) to be deceived by contract verbiage blaming the installation delay on the inclement weather (when the weather had been 98% rain free since the contract was signed, 6) be inconvenienced by the 10 days early delivery of the dumpster, while no one knew where the actual roofing products were!, (not to mention being told we should have called and let them know that the materials had not been delivered- (is not that why we are paying for their service? ) and lastly, 7) having to threaten legal action to force the company into contract compliance regarding their own 12 week installation following contract signing date phrase (of which they were 3 days over their own self-imposed timeframe!) and then said there is no guarantee of installation within a certain period. If you are OK with this kind of treatment, then go ahead and hire them. I would NOT knowing what I know now. I can not wait to get the rebuttal from Aaron the owner - he is going to say Read the contract- well, here is a question for Aaron: if a fair and equitable product or service is of quality and reasonably priced, why do we need contracts, unless it is to serve the interest of the service provider.

"It is true we had quite the issue with you before, during, and well after the project completion. To say in the PNW that Seattle of all places where you happen to live was rain free for 98% of the contracted time from mid August to the first week In Nov is laughable, but we will let you just keep running with that one it's expected because the whole time these were the unrealistic things we were dealing with when it came to you. As a reminder our calls are monitored and recorded and if we could attach your calls for the public to hear I am sure they would agree, that you sir ,are far from an honest review and not kind. In fact you argued every chance you got, in email, on the phone, in person, no matter what you were never going to be happy. We have general informative emails that are auto generated that go out to all customers in our production line to keep them informed and up to date and even then you would reply and argue, you simply could not stay happy regardless of what we did, you are just not a happy person. You would say it wasn't raining at your house but sir it was raining where a project was going on where someone was in line before you and that makes it their turn first! I don't think we could have done anything different to keep you happy, you are just a very unhappy person. Then you tried to not pay for the roof that you so kindly said in your review has such good workmanship, that was another issue, everything was an issue! We wish you the best and hopefully a better attitude going into 2020!"

Consultation was informative, pricing was competitive, and roofing materials from Malarkey were impressive. I had the entire roof done during early fall and after some delays due to weather and a 2-day installation, I could not be happier. The roof looks awesome but more importantly, I trust Eco Home Service will be there for the duration of my 50-year materials/labor warranty!

I was not happy with eco home and do not recommend them. They ordered the wrong material different color and a different gauge. Aaron said he would replace it but never did. I had asked them to remove the material numerous times that I would not use the material. After so many weeks and months Of not hearing back from them, as a compromise, I offered to purchase the material. They never told me how much they would sell the material for. I had given them $6200 and they wrote me a check for $818 balance after purchase of material. Eco home contract was more than double that of Street roofing or JHB construction . Aron Zarling and Jody Anderson are very proud of there contract and lets say if they are going to want to enforce it in a court of law and also have a BBB accreditation , than they should be held accountable to verbally state there three day cancelation policy and there very high 30% of contracted price charge . Instead of concealing a charge like that in hopes someone falls in there trap like what happened to me.

"Let's not forget that we went to court and we, Eco, won. The court sided with Eco! This review is unfair to mislead potential and future customers as the basis is not true and certainly not factual. The facts are that you purchased a roof package from us, the first check was returned as you were having buyers remorse after cancellation period. You then wrote a new check to cover the bad one and wanted to proceed and move forward with the project only to endlessly email and call going back and forth to change your mind. You have a custom metal roof and your materials were ordered for your exact house, this is not your every day typical roofing job! You cannot just pick these items off a shelf at Home Depot and return them, totally custom and cut to your specific home. The products ordered and delivered was in fact the gauge noted on the contract, the color was our stock color as noted on the contract and delivered. If you want another color you surely could have changes it but you would of course have to pay for that change.which you did not do. Per the contract in math terms of cancellation you would actually owe the company money as the balance owing for cancellation and custom materials far surpasses the deposit, but because we have endless emails in record from you desiring to cancel and purchase the materials we decided to give you a refund rather than the charge associated with the contract. The simple fact is you got other bids from various contractors, who knows on the products. license, bond, insurance or weather it's a chuck in the truck...simple case of buyers remorse! You fail to mention you took us to small claims court for this and lost because we were correct in our terms and contract. The judge sided with us because we in fact did have a legitimate contract and you were held to those terms. You cannot simply expect a company who you contracted with to eat the cost of custom materials simply because you " change your mind", that is unjust. We hope you can move on from here Gerald and because you now own a beautiful new custom pre-cut metal roof you surely can find someone to install it for you at the low cost rate you keep mentioning, especially if we were double the price you will still be saving a lot of money according to your comments. EcoHome came in with the lowest bid to replace my roof in the Lake Tapps area, and within a week a "Delta Force" like crew assaulted my roof, had it removed in one day, and replaced the next. Dumpster showed up magically the day before, and magically was gone two days later. EcoHome let me dispose lot of junk in their dumpster which was a big plus for me, an old deck roof that was rotted out, which I removed myself, even though the crew kept trying to help, which was not part of the deal. EcoHome, understood, I still had a few items left to finish on my home remodel, and worked with and around me as I finished my tasks. Overall, they get 5* for price, 4.5* communication-pay attention to what financing terms are and add on's cost, 5* for efficiency and knowing there trade. My only complaint was the flashing cut into my brick chimney which I rate about 3.0, it won't leak, just doesn't look great. Hey they are not brick masons! Understand you are buying a "rubber roof", and the materials my not look as robust/thick as asphalt roofs, but after some research I was OK with the product. EcoHome has a great warranty and long standing product manufacturer, just keep an eye on the job details and you will be OK. One last thing, they were doing a great job of clean up, picking up every little piece until I stopped them, grabbed the nail magnet, and leaf blower and sent the crew back to the roof. Let them do the major stuff and clean up your yard yourself. db

From start to finish, great communication, customer service, speed and efficiency! EcoHome Service removed and replaced both roofs on my house and detached garage within 3 days. After receiving our first few estimates, I was convinced we would have to put the project off for at least another year. That is until we met Joe from Eco Home Service! He gave us a great deal (a good 15-20% less than our other estimates) on a great product and within a couple of weeks of signing the contract, our old asphalt roof and rotting fascia were replaced with beautiful, rugged. rubber roofing, new fascia, low-profile chimney flashing, etc... and just in time for the rainy season!

The Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable but once I hired them I was subjected to a very aggressive office with a bully mentality. The over sight of the Project seemed non-existent as The workers used OSB rather then the contract stated CDX, Removed a roof vent and never replaced it but instead roofed over it, and placed the roofing crooked at one gutter line. I did not want them going backwards so I accepted the OSB and they reduced the rate and it will probably be fine but when I add that to the vent that.was not reinstalled, and the crooked roofing at the gutter that they promised to straighten but never did, and the aggressive tactics of their customer service, it equals a very disappointing experience.

You argued with our staff that your OSB was just fine however when speaking with our roofers and getting pictures your OSB was actually moldy among other things from prolonged water exposure, of course we are going to replace it, we are required to during a re roofing process.
