Eco Services Intermountain, LLC- HVAC

Moved a new AC unit they installed earlier in the year. Have had issues ever since it was moved. They have been incredibly slow to respond. House was 78 degrees inside for a week. They finally came out, it worked for a day then stopped working. It’s been 3 days of promises to show and reschedules. Today, again promised to show up at 11. No show, no call, and I can’t get a hold of them. Terrible support and follow through.

A very low anxiety experience. From the initial bid to the completion of the project the overall quality was far better than I would have ever expected. Two great choices on my part, first Home Advisor and second Eco Services Intermountain.

I got a call back in about 1 minute. We made an appointment for the same day (Friday). Eric came out, performed a thorough inspection, and gave me the best bid. After several other bids, I made the decision to go with ecoair. The AC was installed on Tuesday. Professionally done.

Missed the first appointment for an estimate without a call. Installer was very customer oriented and did a good job. The voice on the phone asked for an extra $50 when it was over. I would hire the installer again.

Responded quickly. Diagnosed problem (basically an old furnace that had had some poor repairs done) and suggested a replacement which the company that had done the poor repairs also suggested when they were called to check out the failed repairs-the next day. Installation went smoothly with necessary adjustments made to duct work and venting. New wireless thermostat installed as well. Cleaned up well. Happy with the results and a warm home.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and smoothly the whole process went, from getting a quote to having a new furnace installed. Eric explained the whole process clearly was very accommodating with my schedule. I was very impressed by how easily the team overcame the challenges of an older home.

Greg was the technician who came to the house. He showed up WELL within the one-hour time-frame we were given. Greg was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. Eric also came over, to bring Greg some part(s?) he needed. He stayed and assisted with the repairs of the furnace and replacement of our OLD, OLD thermostat (think 1960's). Eric was also very professional and informative. Hopefully we won't need any more furnace repairs for a long, long time but we will be calling them to service the furnace and if we do need repairs in the future. Great company, great people. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs furnace repair.

I really liked Eric. Very relaxed and nonchalant when looking at our repair and offering quote. Price was reasonable and the work was done to our expectation. I'll use these guys again for sure.

I got full regular furnace installation in best price plus unexpected correction (by new code) with water heater exhaust pipe. the one thing I wouldn't say 5* is the technician cut off one steal bar in my concrete wall.

Ecoair was very professional and honest with the quality and bid. I had others come and give offers for a new 96% furnace and 13 SEER AC for my home. They all have the same type of products and came close to the same price in their bids but we went with Ecoair for the level of professionalism and the little things they did, answering my questions with farness and honesty. They where will to work with me on the install to put insulation behind my furnace, and install the system in the best way possible. The first bid they gave a 16 SEER condenser and when me and my wife decided to go with a 13 SEER they did it with no problems and I never felt presser to upgrade to something we didn’t need or want. I feel that they were willing to give me the best quality for the best price and I felt like they did that very well. Now I can sleep at night knowing that I have a great system for a great price and a great company behind it.

Eric and his crew were great to work with. Eric took the time required to identify all of the potential problems and issues with heating system.We received a fair price on the installation of the furnace and the system improvements to make our system run efficiently. We had other HVAC companies look at our heating system and they provided cost estimates. These companies did not take the time to identify the system modifications required to make our system run efficient. Eric took the time to do this and our system now operates more efficiently than it ever has. I highly recommend Ecoair for their honest appraisal, fast and efficient work and their qualified staff. Eric and his crew completed the installation of our new furnace professionally and efficiency.

I would recommend these guys to any one, they showed up before they needed to, and I couldn't be happier with the work performed!

Timely response to calls

Ecoair was very professional and appreciated the consistent follow-through and concern before and after the installation project. We initially had some unforeseen installation problems, but those were quickly rectified next day and consider the customer support team to be outstanding.
