Knowledgeable

I hired Gary from EcoSystems in order to increase my attic insulation from R38 to R49 and I wasn't disappointed. He used all the SRP rebates available in order to reduce the price for me. I contacted a few more companies and Gary was the cheapest by $300-$600 so I hired him. He came promptly at the time set and after a few questions he started the work. After an hour or so the attic was recovered of cellulose. I took a quick look and it looked fantastic. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the entire experience was painless. I would recommend Gary if you are in the Phoenix area. Also he told me that if I had talked to my neighbors and someone else would have had their insulation done the same day, price would have been lower so I'm passing this information along.

I had my attic insulation increased from an R-10 to an R-38 and my ducts sealed, as recommended by an APS Energy Audit. For my 1700sqft home, EcoSystems came in with a fantastic bid of $899 out-of-pocket for the entire job (they claimed the APS Rebates). Gary and his trusty assistant Will, completed the job in about 3 1/2 hours. After they did the necessary work in the attic, they removed every air register in the house and sealed (caulked) all openings and leaks around where the ducts meet the drywall. Will then walked the entire house with his Shopvac and made sure the job site was spotless. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend them. Now lets see if my APS bills go down with the new rates.

The install person was finished and was putting equipment away when Gary went up into attic to check his work. Gary was not satisfied and had him shoot more into one area with that I know I got what I paid for.
