Very thorough and professional. Went above and beyond our expectations during the inspection. Took the time to point out and explain important details in real time and patiently answered all our questions. Issued a detailed report the same day. Adam was very thorough in his home inspection. As a first time homebuyer I had no idea what type of things he would be looking at. He didn't mind that I followed him all over the house and clearly answered any questions that I had about his findings. I loved the detailed report(which was VERY promptly sent) that he provided via email as well. Very professional and very reliable! We were happy to work with him!
