Job was done right and the Windows look great. I noticed a small flaw in one of the exterior screens but they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Very pleasedifferent with the work AND customer service. Would recommend!

I was very pleased the way ECO view windows did their job, explaining me every thing along the way. They are well informed about the construction of the windows and the heat loss through the windows, which is the main objective of good window, I talked to many contractors no one knew about heat loss through the windows but the ECO view window knew every thing about heat loss.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made appointment for measurements. NO SHOW. I called installer. His response "I FORGOT". Installation was promised to be completed in 1 day. It wasn't. Installers didn't have window trim. Sloppy installation. Latches broken in several windows. A second appointment was made to complete the job at 9:00 AM. NO SHOW. NO CALL. Finally I received a call 3.5 hrs after scheduled appointment. Overall I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. THE WORST>

"We are sorry that you had that experience, however we at Ecoview pride ourselves in outstanding customer service as you can see from our other reviews. Based on your busy schedule we had to come measure only at limited times, the coil was custom ordered for this job and delayed because of Memorial day but we had to install that day because of your busy schedule, we then rescheduled to complete the job and you denied us entry to the home and we could not complete the job to perfection as we always do, the broken latches was never brought to our attention and that can definitely be taken care of by calling our office. THANKS"
