These people at Ecoview (now DBA as Weather Sealed Wisconsin) are NOT amazing; they are dishonest. They have cheated us not only with our sunroom project but with several other renovation projects that were contracted at the same time.. In November 2020, we contracted with them to replace our back porch with a new sunroom addition. This project has never been completed satisfactorily. The door arrived damaged and has not been replaced and the new gutters on the roof were never installed. Repeated requests for completion or refund have been ignored.

I ordered and paid for windows from them in February 2021. It took them until July 2021 to say they ordered the wrong size and I had to threaten to call the police before they told me that. In July they brought the wrong size to my house which I refused. Then they found some that were still not right but closer. They tore up the side of my house and it took 2 days to get them put in and they did not finish. I have been begging them to finish the job since July. It is now almost November and I just keep getting the run around. They make appointments and then down show up. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I contacted the salesman who I worked with at the beginning, he is no longer with them and he told me they changed their name from EcoView Madison to Badgerland Baths to hide all the bad reviews they were getting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They talk about a good game but do not believe it! After almost 9 months I ended up with the wrong size windows that are still not finished.

Hired Eco view to do a total residing job as well as wrap windows and doors. Took just under 4 months to get supplies delivered. Once delivered it took a whole month before a single piece of siding had been put on. The third piece of siding put on had a piece chipped off and the subcontractors sent out acted as they did not see it. There were an astronomical amount of quality issues from this crew which was shared heavily with an eco view when it was realized that they did not care about the job. Eco view did nothing to check on the quality in person and this crew was on our project for months before finally being removed. The owner, Tyler, offered us free soffit, fascia, and gutters to make things better along with fixing the issues even though all we expected was issues fixed as per contract. Yet when the time came we had to fight to get anything free. The second crew was eventually hired by the eco view to finish up siding as well as wrap everything including the soffit and fascia and the windows we had paid for. The one guy on this crew that actually cared did AMAZING work but only did one small section of work before getting let go for robbing the quality inn they were staying at and then drunk driving into a tree. (Told by other subcontractor but never confirmed me) was replaced by another guy that did not care. The crew did shotty work just like the first crew and advised us they would not fix anything from the first crew because that could take all month while also pointing out everything wrong with the house so far. Eco view has fought us every step of the way. Constantly take a message and then never get back to you about your issues. They have finally after months admitted they will not fix any of the extra free stuff because it was not in the contract (soffit/fascia is falling off of the house) but when asked about the stuff we actually want to be fixed and paid for they are silent and the owner is always conveniently injured or in a meeting or off that day. I have plenty of documentation of attempts to communicate with the company and of the company blowing me off. If problems were fixed from the start then this would not be almost one year later still trying to get good-looking siding.

Jason was professional, pricing was competitive in pricing, while waunakee was twice the price. I did recommend ecoview to a friend who also is planning a project and will likely use ecoview. the other company was a virtual meeting if somebody prefers not meeting with sales. but jason had a no pressure approach. thankyou home advisor for getting me in contact with 3 reputable companies.

Ty's attention to detail is amazing. From start to finish evrything was seamless and professional! His prices blow away the competition and his crew was done in a day. Am now getting windows and siding as well and could not be more pleased and confident. I had discussions with Thebco and Mad City. There was no comparison in the customer service. One company I couldn't wait for the guy to quit hard selling me and get out. The other insisted that my wife and I both be there or they would not come out. What BS. None of that with Ecoview!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Terrible company! They are great until they get your money. Have tried for three days to get someone to answer us as to WHEN they expect to install the windows. Three days! No answer, nothing. We expect to fight to get our down payment back, which they had for 5 months. Have only had this company for less than 3 years; if this is how they treat people, I do not expect them to last long.

Horrible Customer Service. Terrible Communication Skills. Deceitful. Said was affiliated w/EcoView SE who I originally contacted but are not. On several occasions crews didn't shoe up on scheduled times without even communicating. Crews showed up unannounced and not prepared. A 2-3 day project turned into almost 3 1/2 months. Although I was pleased with the end product when it was finally completed I Do Not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional from Sales to Management to Ownership .After contacting BBB of WI., still didn't help situation.

Our tub shower remodel is beautiful. We love it. Our installer was great. We thought the price was higher than expected if an entire bath remodel is typically $10k and ours was $9k for only tub and shower.

Josh was amazing! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Chrissy was very prompt, courteous and attentive. They came out on time, showed me options, taught me things and quoted me in about 90 minutes. So excited to get our daughter a new bathroom!

All the employees we worked with from the sales guys, to the installation crew, to office girls. Did a great job keeping us informed. Professionally done all around. And clean up of site was very good as well. Did not have to do a second go through after they got done. Carolyn F. , Beloit, Wi.

Larry gave a great presentation and was ok with us getting another estimate before making our decision. no high pressure tactics. The windows look great. They were installed in a timely manner by a very efficient team. Had 1 sash that the grid was crooked from the factory. Has been replaced.

We were very pleased with the windows we purchased from Larry. He is one of the nicest people we have worked with as we are doing upgrades to our home. The windows are of the highest quality, they look great, the wood trim matched perfectly to our woodwork, and the installation crew was very professional, friendly, and so neat that you could not tell that they were in our house. We have more windows and doors to change in our home in the future and we definitely will call on Larry to do those.

I'm waiting to have the 2 windows come in. The owner said it would take 4-6 weeks. I don't have a date yet. I wrote a check for half of the total. They are being made at their factory. That was August 12. So it is still early. I'm just waiting to hear something. I'm not worried, just waiting. UPDATE: I had my 2 windows installed. They really exceeded my expectations! I love the windows they are beautiful. Everyone was so nice. Larry helped me to pick out the best quality windows and stay within my budget. The installers were so polite. Now my 2 worst windows are my 2 best windows and they are maintenance free! Thank-you EcoView !

The crew was pleasant, cleaned up and did quality work.
