I highly recommend Douglas Water Conditioning! Mike, Jay, Steve and the team provide excellent service, a great product, and prompt clear communication. They stand behind their product(s), and their workmanship taking responsibility for every aspect of their job. No buck passing going on here! They truly go above and beyond when it comes to providing customer service. We hired Douglas Water Conditioning to replace two water softeners in a couple of apartment buildings that we own.
