I bought a salt-free water "softener" system from Home Depot and needed professional installation. Dennis, the owner, came to my house when the system components were delivered, to confirm the installation requirements. 2 days later, his associates, John and Jim did the installation. They were professional, efficient and need with the work. I could not be happier with the installation.

Dennis the owner came out the same day we called. He offered three options that would be best for our HH based on our needs with a various budget. No hard sell. Easy scheduling for someone to come out and install. Installed within an hour and a half.

We got installed softener along with RO just yesterday and we find the difference. Machine connected to Wi-Fi helps us. The notifications for salt and service . We are hoping we will have soft water for years. The installation was done professionally and was explained after completion .

Love our new water system that Dennis and his team installed. We no longer need to buy bottled water! The installation team was amazing and overcame several builder issues to get our system up and going. Always professional (and very easy to work with). Highly recommend.

The manager came out and filled me in on everything. He had several units that they keep on hand. Had unit that fit right where I needed it and came out and put it in the same day.

They knew there work and I was not pressured to buy . Eco water softener is the best quality for your money. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

The owner came out to sample our water and give his pitch...I researched water softeners adnosium and while I truly get how things work, separating vendors from different systems is just a giant charlie foxtrot. Dennis put me at ease (his product is available through Costco, too) and set us up with a 0% 12 mo. payment plan. The install was FAST...and that included a purifier added to the kitchen sink. Great people, great service, and I feel confident in what we did.

John was awesome. Very knowledgeable and never tried to get me to buy a system that I did not understand and made sure I had all my questions answered.

I had to replace my softener, and they were very informative and explained everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Dennis called me about 2 minutes after I completed the Home Advisor request. He set up a time that day to come talk to my husband and I that day. He was very knowledgable of the systems and explained what would best help us based on our water. We purchased that day. Installation was setup two days later but only because I was unavailable the next day. The 2 men that came for the install were also very knowledgable of the product. Also very prompt, showing up a few minutes before the scheduled time. They Explained how to set up and control the softener system and what to expect. A few days after install and enjoying the much improved water we discovered a small leak on a pipe going into the softener. Called the Eco Water office. The same guys were out the very next day to fix the problem. Now, we live in Lakeway so fitting us in isn't the easiest thing with all the traffic. Even though the system was more than I expected, it's well worth it for the quality and customer service.

Dennis, the owner came out and gave a very thorough assessment and explanation of our water and recommendations to treat it. He gave a fair price and we hired him on the spot. His crew came out just a couple of days later and installed our system. The guys were super friendly and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Great company! Great employees! Very satisfied with the service and what was installed.

The people who work here, both in the office and in the field, are very concerned with supplying excellent customer service. This company originally installed the equipment and they continue to service it, and make repairs if needed, This last visit concerned a very minor repair. As a homeowner, I truly appreciate their workmanship and as a person, I appreciate their attitude towards their customers.

Owner came out to discuss current system no longer working. He was very knowledgeable about the business. Decided to replace the system rather than repair. Completed install and setup next day. No issues so far. Pricing was high, but average for softener/refiner system install. DIY could do it 1/2 the cost. But you can say that about most anything if DIY. Owner was courteous and professional.

Did what w agreed on. Great system.
