Installation was done prefectly but they didn't explain that it would have been better to get the city permit for the work, I found out during home inspection from another pro and had to take care of it separately. No follow up was done by the rep after the installation to check if water quality improved , it was highlighted in the sales pitch though.

We are quite happy with the overall experience weâ ve had with EcoWater Systems. From the initial meeting with Brandace who analyzed the quality of our water and recommended a system that would best fit our needs; to the expert installation by attentive and caring technicians; to the responsive office professionals who listened and responded to our concerns and needs: EcoWater promised and delivered. I will say, however, the cost for the system is not cheap. But when you want the best, you gotta pay for the best. Brandace did kick down to us a nice Costco discount which helped the bottom line. I highly recommend EcoWater to anyone who wants clean and healthy water for their family and home.

The owner Graige is the person you saw on Costco brochure, he is noce and very professional on the water purificarion. The team he leads like Arron did very good and quick installation work. I definitely recommend ECOWater for the drinking water system.

These people are passionate about helping others because the owner was extremely ill due to what was in the public water. His own experience and health recovery using water purification has given Craig the best attitude and dedication to help others that I have seen. He believes in his product, and it shows. The product is great! We are very happy with our system and have already experienced health benefits in the short 2 months that we have had the system. They not only install, but will service and maintain the system. They service what they sell. We are extremely happy with their service.

They came in to see my water softener to repair. Unfortunately my softener had an issue and it wasn't repairable.

Outstaning customer service, called at 5:15 PM expecting to leave a voice mail and I actually got a live person who took my request. Within fifteen minutes I received a return call from Craig to set up an appointment for the following day. Not only was Craig on time, he was actually early by ten minutes and had already analyized samples. My water conditions were explained in detail as was the type of equipment and installation necessary to achieve my desired objective. I'm confident EcoWater Texas will exceed my expectations on completion of the installation in my new house.
