Overall they did a fantastic job. Started off shaky, but this ended up being because one of the 9 owners changed the agreed amount of turf. Once this was addressed by Ecoworks, everything went great. Highly recommend their service.

EcoWorkz personnel and crew were quite courteous and professional throughout the project. The job included the installation of 732 square feet of artificial turf in my back yard. They completed each segment of the project with careful perfection. EcoWorkz included information on Turf Care and Maintenance, plus their Landscape Warranty, etc. upon the conclusion of the project. I would highly recommend EcoWorkz!

I really REALLY wanted to like these guys, it&apos;s hard to find a contractor that you can trust and depend on. I&apos;d like to start off by saying, I&apos;ve been in engineering and construction for over 30 years so my points are not just off the cuff. I was willing to over look some of the problems, but my project is three phases and they are just not responsive at all. EcoWorkz gave me a bid for the first phase. The overall "look" of their work is very nice. However, we gave them specific dimensions for the fire pit, they were off by a full 8 inches, in the world of construction, that&apos;s a lot. They did not lay down tarps, so when they brought sand into the back yard, they killed the grass. I wasn&apos;t concerned about that, we are putting in new grass, regardless, a lot was left behind along with gravel that is a hazard while mowing what lawn is left. The burner in the fire pit is off center, I&apos;m assuming this is because the fire pit wasn&apos;t placed in the correct position. Again, I over looked it, we can work around those things, they left a 45 psi compressor in my front yard over night along with some gas pipe (for the fire pit) and broke a sprinkler head. a 45 psi compressor is the size of a small car. Believe it or not, I was willing to over look all that I have noted here. But fast forward to NOW, I had them come out for a phase 2 est. I took a day off of work to have them come out. Ed said he&apos;d have the est. to me within a day or two, that was three weeks ago. I&apos;ve written e-mails. Even let them off the hook... "perhaps you don&apos;t have my e-mail correct" here it is again (which was a return to one of Ed&apos;s e-mails so they should have it, I&apos;m a client, they have already done work for me). I never heard back. It&apos;s really too bad, my project is a full back yard gut. But I also have sat on the board of directors as the VP of my Home Owners Association and because of my construction and engineering back ground. When I have work done, I get a ton of people asking me how I like the contractor. I&apos;m really glad that EcoWorkz is so busy, I really truly am. However, by my accounting, they lost out on about 250,000 - 300,000 dollars of business within my HOA. I&apos;ve taken them off of the recommended list for my friends and family as well. It&apos;s amazing what a simple phone call would have done...

EcoWorkz removed 2,624 square feet of grass and installed 2,300 square feet of synthetic turf in both front and back yards. They also installed drains, tree bubblers (irrigation), 67 linear feet of block wall, 14 square feet concrete fountain pad, and clean, sand, and re-seal pavers. Completed all work to my satisfaction that I contracted them to accomplish in 9 business days as projected by EcoWorkz Representative. EcoWorkz are straight forward with their cost estimate and do not pressure you like car salesmen or other landscaping companies. They are honest, professionally, attentive, courteous, and above all customer focus. I recommend EcoWorkz for your project - Tom Kelly is customer focus and will take care of you.

Very fair price and a wonderful job! Installed two areas with synthetic turf in my yard that consisted about 500 sq feet. They were able to complete the job to my great satisfaction within 1 day! Would highly recommend! My 3 large dogs love the new turf and it&apos;s no maintenance for me! :)

Make sure your expectations are very clear and documented. Information provided to the sales representative may not be completely or accurately communicated to the Project Manager. However, the Project Manager is very customer focused and willing to make sure you are satisfied with the installation. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and artisanship of the lead installer.

They installed Synthetic grass on flat and down hill grade on 11000 square feet front yard. I was able to ask questions while the men where working and they answered them to my satisfaction always.

I asked Tom about the permit situation from Covina and he followed up at Covina even after the job was done. We did not need a permit; Tom was wonderful about getting the needed communication about it for me. The site was clean and very professionally installed. The backyard looks great. No worries. Recommend this company and listen to the product presentation to make your own decisions,
