Ecofriendly Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

By by my neighbor friend?s recommendation, I recently had Nelson of EcoFriendly clean my apartment's carpet, my lg area rug & 2 runners. Most all of it came out looking really great ! After thoroughly vacuuming I noticed a small square area in my dining area + very small area by my sliding door hadn?t quite come out. I then called Nelson, he gladly came back within just few days & took extra effort on the 2 areas. They?re now both looking Great & I couldn?t be happier. I really appreciate his good attitude & customer service after the job to return & make it right !

Hired on 12/4/2020. They did a great job at a great price. We had a sectional sofa, stairway and hallway and a 6x9 area rug cleaned. They were on time, friendly and did the job quickly. Results were exceptionally satisfactory.

Great customer service, I would just say attention to detail. The hose they used banged up and chipped off the stucco/paint on corners of my walls. Not horrible, but it could have been avoided!

The cleaning crew were very conscientious and thorough in cleaning the carpets. Every stain was removed, and the carpet looked new when the job was complete.

Showed up on time and was very professional and did a great job.

Really nice, professional and did an excellent job

Nelson did a great job, friendly, professional, would definitely recommend. He had a tough task and did a wonderful job!

They showed up on time and did the job in a timely fashion and the price was great as was their work and they are very professional would absolutely recommend them Thanks again

Nelson did a great job and at the end my carpet look like new and it took 2 1/2 hours but it was worth it. I had areas more dirty where my family traffic more in the house. he took everything out and looks great . I will use him again. Nelson told me at the end any problems later just to call him back. I like that.. thank you

All about building relationships and they make sure things are done right the first time. Fair pricing and they stick to one price...they don't try to upsell you.

We had our carpet and 3 of our rugs cleaned. We were very happy with the service. The owner and his wife were on time, they were polite, did a very thorough job, and even provided covers for the shoes in case we had walk on the carpet before it's fully dry. I especially appreciated that he blew clean our veranda so that one of our rugs could dry outside. He did this because he did not want to damage our wood floors by allowing the wetness to seep into the wood. There were no stains left on the carpet or rugs! Very happy with the work!

They really did a great job of getting the stains out as promised.

Great people. Did everything that was promised.

Nelson was very helpful, honest and did a great job on my rugs.

First I must mentioned I have very light sand-colored carpet, heavy traffic tracks are very visible. As usual I went on HomeAdvisor website for referral, was skeptical seeing the referred Eco-Friendly Carpet Cleaning does not have any reviews, but my opinion quickly changed after talking to Nelson over the phone. He was very sincere, we went over what needs to be done, he then explained his equipment and how to take care of the heavy traffic areas, repeatedly guarantees I will be 100% satisfied, I took a chance and went ahead and hire him to clean my carpet. Boy was I pleasantly surprised, the heavy traffic tracks and dirty spots are gone, I would say this is as good a carpet cleaning as it gets, and, YES, I am 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend Eco-Friendly Carpet Cleaning, would absolutely call him again for my next cleaning.
