As an investor protection attorney and advocate, I am rather "tough" on those who render services to consumers. Chuck's professionalism and understanding of a "knowledge and technical skills gap" between the technician and consumer were demonstrated throughout the engagement. They contacted me right away after I submitted my work request. I was told what to expect cost-wise. Chuck came out and did the service. He found out the problem with my washer right away and addressed it. He also checked the codes which were only (thankfully) about the problem I was having to make sure there were no other problems. I would hire them again.
