From the first contact with Billy with Bay Area Exteriors, I felt extremely comfortable working with him. As they evaluated and discussed my needs, they were professional every step of the way. I communicated with several of their employees during my project, and each one was tremendously helpful, knowledgeable, and sincere. Even as a small problem arose, everyone was willing to assist and solve the issue, leaving me satisfied. Replacing a roof can be a daunting experience, not to mention costly. From the moment we began working with this team, we were given personalized attention. Nick was professional, punctual, communicated every step of the way to ensure that the proper removal and installation was happening. It was completed on schedule (1 day)! Ashley was courteous and patient. Both of them spent time after hours to attend to little details that made the process much more manageable. We feel grateful for their guidance and the excellent workmanship to replace our roof. Our home looks brand new. We highly recommend Bay Area Exteriors.

I contacted Bay Area Exteriors from an online request. Within in minutes Ashley called me and arranged for Josh to meet with me with in 45 minutes to get an estimate. Josh was thorough and easy to work with. The crew did a great job on the install and stayed very late to get the job done. Overall we are very satisfied with Bay Area Exteriors.

Bay Area did a roof repair, replacing ridge roof after a wind storm. They responded to my call promptly, and they gave me a fair quote and the repair was done a couple of days later. The crew was punctual and did a solid repair. I would recommend them at any time.
