I really paid too much

Overall my experience with this service was good. They were very thorough in their work and explained to me in detail what needed to be done.

Came early and got the job done quickly. Price was comparable to other septic businesses in the area. I would recommend them to friends & family.

He was honest, helpful and kept his word. Weather permitting, he was quick to get the work done and his price did not change.

Mr. Woodard contacted me the day I posted on home advisor. He took me through the process for contacting the health department for appropriate soil testing. Once the health dept ok'd the job he kept in contact with me. It was difficult to schedule the job due to the rainy season in March. But the work was done on the first available day as weather allowed. The crew was friendly & professional and completed the septic system install. Our only disappointment with the job is the fact that the yard was left with substantial trenches because of the wet soil. We were told the yard would be left level and it would be difficult to tell the work was done. The crew told us they would have to come back to level the area when the soil was less wet. This has not happened...even after 3 reminder calls. It is a problem because we listed the home for sale and the backyard is a bit difficult to walk on.

Contacted me within 5 minutes after posting on home advisor. Came out early the next day and pumped out tank. Determined there was a pump issue. Dug up pump house and tested pump. New pump was not needed. Repaired pump float and everything appears to be working. I will hire again.

They came the very next day after they contacted me. Came early before I had to report to work and was finished just in time. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. They recommend they I do not use rid-ex because it can break down tissues in the tank that will stop up your field line. recommend to pump out every 5 years.

Very professional. Tony Woodard called me right away, gave me a time to expect him and he was there on time. He gave me an estimate, worked with the health department for permits, stayed in touch with me and was there to put the tank in when promised. They came early and had the septic tank and lines in by 1:00 p.m. We needed plumbing connected, he brought a plumber with him and that was also completed before he left. He was the only contractor that came out got his work done and did not have to return because of unprofessional work.
