The advisor who came to explain the equipment and give us a quote was very knowledgeable and on time. The men who installed the equipment were on time and did a clean job. The system is working fine, and we are very happy. Any help we have needed since then has been provided by the office whenever we call. We would recommend this company to anyone needed a new system or upgrade.

The workers were great. Considerate, neat. Be careful when picking your system. They will tell you of an 8 zone system that you won't get due to use of existing duct work in the home. Buyer be ware. we did however get a great cooling/heating system. but we were disappointed that we were not able to get 8 zones. Lack of communication at time of sell.

The installers were very professional and punctual. They were willing to explain what they were doing every step of the way and really cared about protecting my house and furniture during the install. The job was quoted to take 2 days, but the installers worked very hard and got the job done in under a day! The office called almost immediately to explain warranties and cost break down. Overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Economy Home and Hearth to everyone for their heating and AC needs.

Scheduling was a bit difficult in the beginning but they were able to make things right by fast tracking the repair work.

The installation crew were great...the representative who sold the product to me did not fully describe the product and so I got some negative surprises in the end. I wanted a product where ALL four units were controlled by their own remote, and I got a system that did not allow such separateness.

Installation was timely. Had an older furnace removed and new one installed and added a heat pump. Only time will tell if I purchase more then I actually need. Completely satisfied with the installation. Selecting a local company was the best experience and should prove beneficial with service and repair if needed. I would highly recommend this company. A better explanation of how too operation the system and what to expect during operation rather than just handing m ee an instruction booklet. This is the reason for the 4.5. Rating.

The installer gave me options for a better finished product by recommending that he tottaly rebuild the window frame on the inside to match the window shelf. The garden window fit to perfection and his modifications enhanced the window install.
