Run as fast as you can. Smooth talker but once they get your money it is ghost city. Unresponsive and when you finally reach someone LIES on top of LIES!!!! Almost a year since I hired this company, and my yard still looks a hot mess. Owner ignores my consistent, constant, frequent calls and voicemails. Paid tooooo much for the service in the first place but that's what happens when you take a chance and try to support ungrateful people with their entrepreneurship aspirations. Now I have to pay for someone to finish what they purposely DID NOT SMH!!! A definite dissatisfaction, heartbreak, disappointment and HUGE financial set back. Signed, SINGLE MOTHER, GRANDMOTHER AND TAKES CARE OF MY MOTHER who did ask for or deserve this treatment a true heartbreak and financial set back

Did not finish job. Kept saying he was coming back to finish. Had every excuse in the book, someone was always sick. I felt compassion for him but he took advantage of my kindness. I would never refer his company period. He is a bully and a liar.

The owner talk like he knew what he was doing. He used a Bobcat and damaged my home; broke out 2 basement windows, pulled the dryer vent cap along with some of the brick from the sidewall, bent rails and posts of my chain link fence, ( I have to replace the top rail of a fence)left part of the tree logs when he promised he would remove everything. There was sufficient area for him to get the job done, however, he did not use a spotter to help him see where he was going. I asked him to settle this matter for only $300. He would not return my calls nor respond to my letter and pictures of the damage to my property. I had to hire a contractor and pay out of pocket to get things straightened out. I gave him the check before I saw the damage. I will report Econotree LLC company to the BBB. Please beware of this company. I have proof of their sloppy, reckless, and unprofessional work. Please beware!!!!!

If you hire this professional make sure you do not pay him till all your issues are resolved. He is soft spoken and amiable but his crew is average workers.

They were very professional, came did the job didn’t take them long at all clean up there mess. Friendly explain what all they was going to do. The cost was pretty high to me but I don’t know any thing about trimmer. I ask for a little additional work done when they was out here but it was something I thought they would trim back since it was very little and on the same tree but I was charge. Yet overall everything went great and I have recommended them already.

They were not only very professional and efficient, they were even able to do the job sooner than expected. I have a pretty small backyard with a pool and a shed right under the tree. They carefully lowered each branch with a rope to make sure not to damage anything. Highly recommended!

If I could give higher than a 5 stars, I would! AMAZING JOB! I hired them to remove an old tree that was tangled in the power lines in my backyard. The workers were very professional and you could tell they have an excellent working relationship. They moved quickly, efficiently and above all safely. They were friendly and polite. When the work was completed they cleared away all of the tree branches and even raked the yard for any strays. I was very impressed. I will be sharing their contact information with anyone I know that needs tree service!! TEN STARS EconoTree STL!!!

Did a great job

The workers and supervisor arrived ready to work. They were professional, respectful and cared very much about satisfying me the customer 100%. After the job was completed they clean all debris from yard and streets surrounding my home. My neighbor was very impressed that she asked for their information so she could look into getting some services as well. I strongly recommend their business very good crew and work ethics.

Flexible and economical solution to an expensive problem.

Does not inform me if running late or not able to come. Was to complete the job today-removal of mulch and roots. Phone # has changed or is not in service. No way to communicate with the company. Not sure if the job will be completed.

Work quality was very good, but it took longer than expected to complete the entire tree removal process, including grinding the stump and clean up after that. Owner was respectful during the process.

11.11.19 Update: Jeff reached out to come to finish the work he started. He and his crew came over and everything from the original job was completed. We also paid him to remove 4 more trees and stumps, which he did on the weekend without incident. His work is quality, it was more a matter of professionalism, work completion and communication. His guys do need to clean up after themselves though! Original: Ihired Jeff for tree removal, bamboo removal and ivy removal. He started out Stellar and it was All Downhill from there. NONE of these jobs have been completed after 2 months!!!. He sent an invoice, it was the wrong one, never sent another one but I paid him for all but $400 of the work even though he was not done, by check, made out to him personally not the company ~My bad but seriously??!!! Promised to come the next day, and the next and the next. Has not even answered my last emails, texts or calls. His guys left candy wrappers all over my lawn too which seems minor but sure doesn't fit with the my guys clean up real good too. I was told! Angie's List and Home Advisor both give this company over 4 stars? Maybe then will get him to come back and finish the work he was paid for and I will be happy to pay him the rest. I truly hope I can update this review in a week or so. I hate giving bad reviews but do not feel I have any choice. I would not want any other homeowner to be put in this position.
