Ecora Pest Control

So as far as I can tell, Ecora did great work. The trouble comes with trying to get them over to do said work. When I first contacted them I set up an initial estimate/appraisal appointment for 11/11/19. I find out that morning that they did not realize it was Veterans day and were not expecting to be working. However, they did not want to cancel, so they would still come over just be 60-90 minutes late. I should add that my visit window was between 7am-8am and I received this word at 7:22am. It was inconvenient but I completely understand how that can happen. No biggie. Then they recommended that a tech come out the following day to do some work on the project. Well I made sure I was home and not doing anything during the window they provided but the tech did not show. I received a call 1 minute before the window was over saying the tech was running late. 30 minutes later I received a call to reschedule. Next appointment was made and that went very well. I was very happy with that visit. I was then informed I would be contacted again about setting up another appointment about future work that was discussed. I am writing this a week later and I still have not heard back from them. I am not sure if they are overbooked, understaffed, or what but from my interactions they do good work but you are also likely to just get lost and forgotten about. Hopefully, I am just an outlier and anyone else who goes with them does not have these issues. I just wish they would realize that time is the number one resource in life, and they ended up wasting a bunch of mine.

This is the best company of any kind we've ever used! We can't say enough about them. They are extremely patient, skilled, knowledgable, etc.. They went above and beyond expectatoin in every way. We are so impressed with their compassion, education, understanding and time spent looking out for our well being. Their integrity really stands out. We are very grateful for them and highly recommend them!

They were late, said they arrive in 8:30-10:30am window, in fact they came at 11:40. It seems I overpaid for the procedure, but I just wanted them to finish fast. Their product worked well though, no more wasps noticed.

Very professional and did a good job without having to sign a year long contract. Ken sprayed all around the foundation and under the house. Expensive but seems to have driven out the ants.
