He was pleasant. He was prompt. He seemed to do a good job. The only thing that bothered me is that he charged a fee to use a debit card. In the past this never happened. It was all part of the cost of doing business with customers. I would have used my checkbook to avoid this additional fee.

I scheduled them and confirmed a few times for our appointment. Cleared everything off the carpet and waited between the 10am and 11am window for them to arrive. They did not. After 11:15, I called, messaged, and texted. No response. I called again around 11:35 and left a voicemail. Itâ s 10 til noon as I write this and weâ re leaving for an appointment in 10 minutes. Iâ m exceedingly frustrated with the lack of communication and absolutely will not recommend them.

Appointment was for 9. Specifically told them I had another appointment that afternoon. They arrived at 10:15, the contract stated between 9 and 10. Ariving later then I anticipated I felt the job was rushed and I was almost late for my afternoon appointment. This was my first time, not sure I would recommend them to anyone as my time is just as valuable as theres.

I'm sorry you felt the job was rushed and if you would like we can reschedule at a time that is more convenient for you and re-clean the ducts at no charge to you. We usually require 2.5 to 3 hours to complete the job. If you would like feel free to contact me at 419-771-0874."
