Mike was very personable and not pushy like several other estimates I had. He gave me several options for a new door. I chose one of the higher end doors that they had in stock and was able to get 10% off. They installed the Amar Lincoln 3000 for over $1,000 less than my first estimate quoted me for the same door. Ecostar's technician, Mike, was phenomenal. He diligently inspected the issue with my garage door, explained the issue clearly and concisely and advised on cost without being pushy to initiate the repair. I had several companies provide an assessment (all of the price estimates were within a few dollars, except for one that tried to upsell). Ecostar / Mike was, in my view, the best. He had the repair completed quickly and tested out the garage door several times to ensure that there were no lingering issues. There were none. I very much appreciate the work and would hire mike again.
