Just flat out awful. No communication and the quality was awful. The flashing was unfinished and installed incorrectly. The jobsite was constantly a mess. My new roof leaks and TJ Staudt is nowhere to be found. I also had them install 3 windows and a new roof overhang. The roof wasn't level or square. The joists were not spaced uniformly. The windows were not installed squarely in the opening. The entire job was subcontracted out and there was not a bit of oversight or project management. Just run away from this and any other company that TJ Staudt owns.

Terrible communication. Did not do as promised. Still do not have screens during a Wisconsin summer and a 64 year old post menopausal woman. Promises, Promises and almost 6 months after installation no screens. Left main window unfinished, have to hire carpenter to finish. Took 6 months to get installed, now 6 months w/o screens. Oh, but quick to take their money.

Had them do an estimate on siding my house. Salesman who came out was great and extremely helpful. I wrote them a check to reserve the price and signed a contract stating that I had 3 days to cancel. I canceled on the 3rd day, and my check was deposited on the 4th day. No one has contacted me and now they have breached the contract that they agreed to.

I can appreciate the struggles a business owner has had during the past 2 years to keep the doors open. You have over-promised and under-delivered. Thank you for letting me know that you moved and changed the company name. You promised me a refund of my 19K deposit for a new roof, minus 25% of the project costs, because I was bound to the signed contract. It appears that with your lack of communication, you are trying to forego what is rightfully mine. I want to settle this by 2 pm on Friday, April 22, 2022. Further avoidance of your obligation to pay this debt will result in a campaign to inform all social media platforms about your shady practices as a businessman and any future companies you may misrepresent in the future. your. Your agent, Jake, followed up with a callback today as promised. Minimally, you have one employee who is ethically responsible. I do not accept your request to wait until Monday for settlement. You may leave a check at your new office in Waukesha on Friday, April 22, 2022, at 2 pm and I will retrieve it. I appreciate your willingness to settle this matter in a peaceful manner. I had my siding replaced. The crew consisted of 3 people. They said they would rip off the old siding and replace each side one at a time. Siding material did not arrive until days later, so the crew ripped off all the old siding at once. They even removed the window trim that they were not supposed to touch. They did not insulate and tape off all of the house correctly. One of the cables was insulated with garbage remnants that they had laying around. All of the window fascia and trim were replaced up to 3 or 4 times before they gave up and blamed their shoddy work on my house. They did not clean up at the end of each day until I complained and stood outside and pointed out the debris and the magnitude of nails scattered in the grass, driveway, and curbside. Neighbors complained about the sharp pieces littering their yard. I am still waiting for them to come clean up their mess. The project manager did not even come around until I insisted with the main office. But he even made excuses for the crews inferior workmanship and the expansion and contraction of the siding. He said the crew was starting a new job the next day, so he would send someone else over to address any issues. I was ignorant and still trusted, so I paid the other half of the bill. I have not seen or heard anything from them. My house has siding on it that looks like two drunks worked on it. The reason I signed with this company was because they under-cut the company I had signed with by $500 and said they would use before and after pictures of the house in their new brochure. I signed with them when the company was another name. One of the worst mistakes I ever made.

The owner TJ has been in the business for many years, he and his staff provided excellent products and very good customer service. Both TJ and his Installation Crew are very meticulous about every detail of the job. EcoView carries one of the top rated windows in the country and his pricing is very competitive. Anyone looking for a great product at a great price needs to call this company. I just canâ t say enough great things about them. Keep up the good work.

Overall they did a great job, went above and beyond. The only issue I had is that the didn't inform me about a delay but they did an amazing job.
