I contacted 4 different window companies and chose Ecoview because I felt they had as good of a product, or better than the others, and Jim met the lowest competitors price. Install began one month after original order, at which time it was discovered that one window was ordered wrong size and another window and patio door were ordered in the wrong color. I showed Gerald (installer) the original quote paperwork where color was clearly stated. Another month passes and Gerald shows up to take measurements on the window that was wrong size I would think this would be taken care of on the original install date and by this time would be getting the correct window installed. Apparently there was an ulterior motive for this visit as Gerald was sent by Jim to ask if I would mind if they could just paint the window and door that were incorrectly ordered. I said no because I wanted it correct from the factory for warranty purposes. Three more months pass and finally I call to ask for an update. Jim answers and says he has my door and windows but he's been busy. He tells me they'll be out in a week. Gerald shows up and immediately starts installing the patio door. Then he moved on to the windows. While he was working on the windows I began inspecting the door and looking it over. At this time I noticed what appeared to be a dirty smudge on the inside of the door near the handle. This was not a smudge, it was gummy paint that was peeling from where they had actually gone ahead and painted the door. I immediately showed this to Gerald but he seemed to be trying to cover up for Jim. I told him I was calling Provia (Provia is the manufacturer of the windows that Ecoview installs) corporate immediately to ask if this was how they built their product. Could not reach Ecoview due to eastern time zone so I called my salesman Jim. He acted as surprised as me and said he would call Ecoview the next morning as well. The next morning Jim calls me and tells me that he painted the door and that he wanted to make it right and he would be ordering a new door. I went ahead and called Ecoview and talked to their VP of Operations. I explained the whole story and how I was now at 5 months since placing original order and what had transpired, step by step. Finally, six months almost to the day after ordering my windows, the installation of the correct patio door and 8 windows on my tiny house was complete. Overall I am pleased with the Provia product but I would not recommend this Ecoview franchise. There are other retailers locally that sell Provia. Although my job was made right in the end, I can t help but wonder what some unsuspecting person would get treated like if they went through the same situation and their painted windows or doors began to peel in a year or so. Would they be helped or told that they did something wrong?

Jim Briggs measured my Windows and did not have a contractor do it that knows how to measure windows. He orders the wrong size now I have a smaller window there temporary installing and for the rest well keep reading. I ask him if he was going to order me a new window he said he hasn't. He also said it was only going to be a day project and now it's 5 days later and still not done. The contractor Gerald didn't even know we had an appointment at 930am showed up at 3 pm. I was pisses off. I paid 1/2 down and not paying for Windows that don't fit bought 9 of them. They had to get lumber to frame in the windows and use expansion foam, sheet rock and caulking and now have to fixing my sideing and do painting because of one mistake of not having the correct measurements. Their motto make it work.

We are very pleased with the windows, great value for the money and quality is very good. Had trouble with the installer completing simple oversights; he had not caulked at the bottom of four of the windows outside, had done a sloppy job caulking one window on the outside., and some widows on the inside needed some attention. I contacted the owner numerous times. he was slow to respond, said the installer would come out on at least two occasions and did not show up. He finally did and said he had forgotten he had ordered a part and did not realize his oversights and would come back the next week, he never did. Contacted the owner again via emails, he was slow to respond, said the installer would come, never did. The owner showed no concern in making sure things were taken care of. I would expect him to ask and to come and check when complaints were made. He was great in responding when we were arranging the purchase of the windows. Very disappointed at his lack of concern and response afterwards. Have further windows to buy, unfortunately will not want to deal with such poor customer service again.

Good service and good contact with the service. The windows look great and work fine.

The work done was fine but the job took several weeks to finish. It should of been a one day job.

These are awesome people who do great work with excellent product at great prices. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. The only downside is there is a wait because the windows are custom made. Well worth the wait though. Highly recommend!

Great experience

I would highly recommend them, to anyone having a project that they're unable to do themselves. Whether you are needing a door hung? Of perhaps, even a roof repaired. Good Job guys.

The installers did a great job and the doors look great! I will use them again in the near future.

Although it took more time to get the doors than what was promised, the installers did a great job. The doors look wonderful.

Jim is incredibly personable. He took time to answer my questions and make sure I was getting everything I wanted. His installer also did a great job. He was thorough and did a great job.

They were on time and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and the price remained the same as the estimate. They took care of everything!
