Ed was very thorough and professional in apprasing my property. The appraisal was very detailed and complete as evidenced by his final product. He called me and explained the overall process, inspected the property within 2 days of his first call, and completed the written appraisal 3 days after inspecting the property. I highly recommend Ed.

Ed was great. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and very reliable. I set the appointment on a Thursday evening, Saturday morning he was at my home (ON TIME) within an hour or so, his work was completed. I needed the appraisal for a an early Monday morning meeting, and I had the document by the promised time on Sunday evening. I highly recommend his company.
