We were not happy with the quality of work. He stopped returning my phone calls. He said he was going to do things and never did. Not trustworthy!!!!

Veon did a great job. I will use him for future projects. No fooling around. Went right to work. On time and reliable.

One job was completed on time yet it was a plumbing job and he didn't know how to turn on the water main. When I gave him the instructions he wanted to charge me for the learning experience. The second job needs follow up and although he was paid he won't return calls to have job checked. WOULD NOT HIRE AGAIN.

My "installer" did a great job. I entered a request on Sunday; he called within 10 minutes and scheduled an appointment. After he installed the antenna, he cleaned up after himself and showed me how to edit the channels. Picture quality is excellent on most channels, and very good on the rest.

EDIS Installed my antenna. I was offered a 1 year warranty on signal strength. Two weeks later, I learnt that my antenna was installed pointing at an incorrect direction, the main reason I called a professional was with hopes that they know how to point the antenna in the correct direction. The antenna was too long to move, I call E.D.I.S back on the warranty, he did not respond to phone calls, his voice mail box was running full all the time. But he responded to text messages - he gave a date and time but did not show up. After a couple of no-show, I decided to write the review. I hired a different technician.

Veon installed the wire for a phone as I requested. In the process, an extension line became dead. I called him and he said he would come out the next day to fix it. He did not show up. When I called him he said he "spaced me" and made a second appointment for the following day. He did not show up again and did not respond to the phone message I sent him. I still have a non working phone.

they stated the system was working but when I let them know it was not they tried to tell me I needed a filter but it turns out that is only necessary with the HD box and when he stated he would come back on Thurs or Friday *23 or 24 of Dec. they did not show up nor did they call

Very nice, came back to the house when repair was not resolved twice, but then did not return my calls when the problem re-appeared. Left two messages and did not hear back....the problem still exists.

Veon did a great job and was very personable. I will call him again if I ever need that type of service again. The only down side was that he was over an hour late and did not call. When I called him, we rescheduled for later in the day. I understand that things come up, but he should have called me and not wasted my morning. I would have given him 5 stars if he would have called when he knew he was late.

Veon arrived on time, was friendly and extremely helpful. He gave me several options and did not charge me for the initial trip to diagnose the problem.
