Bonnie called first to confirm our appointment and what I was interested in. She came prepared. She first showed me my expensive choice I had in the blinds. Then she showed me and explained very thoroughly the EddieZ version. I was sold on the Eddie Z's cellular shades. I was not pressured into a contract. Bonnie said she would call me in a couple of days for my decision. After talking the choice over with my husband, I called her the next day to order. I will wait to give the final star rating till my shades are installed.
