We still have rust stains from the furniture not being put on some kind of plastic from the carpet being wet. Dirt is coming back up from the pad when we walk on the carpet with socks or bare feet. Not happy at all with your service. Was last to the job and didn't know what he was doing. Had to be shown and took hours longer then stated.

He was very professional, but I was not that pleased that the stains didn't come out of the carpet. While the carpet was cleaner, I specifically stated to the woman on the phone setting up the appointment that I had stains and a heavy traffic area and really needed to have the stains gone. I would recommend for basic carpet cleaning because he did a great job in the living room. The dining room is the room with the stains and they didn't come up.

The gentlemen who cleaned the carpet got it as clean as possible for 20 year old carpet with a lot of dirt and stains. They explained what parts of the carpeting would come clean and what parts of the carpeting would not. Other services provided by Eddie-Z's, including duct cleaning were also mentioned during the call. The gentlemen were polite and worked very diligently to get the job done. I chose Eddie-Z's because their office followed up with a phone call a few days after the initial call/email. Every vendor mentioned above followed up right away with an initial email and phone call once the request was submitted.

The carpet felt stiff after they left, however they did come back a few days later to clean it again. This was very inconvienent because I had to ove the furniture out again. Plus all the stains that were there were not removed.

Company offered a referral reward. Sent info to a friend and they purchased the services. I sent Eddie Z's an email to receive my referral reward and they never replyed back. I would refer them for their work efforts (which I had done also), but not on their integrity.

Called ahead to say they'd be about a half hour-to- 45 minutes early. I wasn't really ready, but what could I say? Courteous. Worked more quickly than other cleaners have in the past (missing one or two small, obviously difficult spots, not noticed till the evening), but overall doing a good job. Put down plastic squares under legs of some pieces of furniture, mainly heavy items like chairs, but not under everything that had legs. At first glance I thought they hadn't moved a lamp table. May I suggest they put plastic protectors under everything. They're saving pennies and minutes but losing a future job, at least in my case.

I was disappointed because I was told that someone with 25 years of experience would be coming out when in fact, a very young man came instead who undoubtedly had limited experience.
