Steven was great. He was available for a same-day repair to my washer, gave me 1/2 hour notice before arriving so there would be no waiting time and took on an extra project to tackle a broken downdraft vent for my stove. Prices are reasonable and Steven knows what he is doing. So glad to have found Eddie's.

He was great. He verified our model number on our old Caloric stove. He checked many places but the part is no longer in stock anywhere in USA or Canada, He refused payment. He called back 3 times. Again he refused payment.

Came on time and did the work. There was a slight problem with the refrigerator gasket going on due to cracks in the door liner. I called and let them know there was a problem and they immediately came out and corrected the problem.

The company's response to my query was almost instantaneous; their technician Stephan arrived within the hour and took care of the problem efficiently and cleaned up once the project was complete. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the option of replacing the circuit board or was willing to return at no extra charge and replace it later if necessary. I was highly impressed with the transaction from start to finish.
