You never know what service you'll get until the movers arrive. I can easily recommend the professionals with Eddy's Movers. They were on time, wearing company shirts, and very friendly. I had a crazy system of setting certain numbered boxes in specific rooms. They brought a dolly of boxes to the front door and asked me where to put each box. They smiled the entire time. There were no surprises to the charges. Thank you to an awesome team!!

I could not say enough good things about Eddy’s Movers and the team! They did an absolutely phenomenal job moving us efficiently and with utmost care and professionalism. First, the quote was VERY competitive, within 10% of our lowest quote - the distinguishing factor was we could tell Eddy and his team ran a solid, honest, customer-driven business. On moving day morning, his team arrived punctually at 8:30 AM as communicated and got straight to work. They were seasoned professionals. The whole process was done in about two hours at the old house - very efficient! I also have to commend their unloading at the new house. This house has a very steep driveway that we knew would be impossible to get the moving truck up. Not only were these guys all good sports about it - they still did the job extremely well and with care! Great company to work with and they made the entire moving day stress-free. Seasoned professionals handled everything efficiently and with care. Highly recommend!

Everything was good with the exception of them changing the arrival time to start my move which caused problems with my closing.

First off, setting up the appointment to move was a breeze. Karen reached out to me very quickly to discuss what type of move I was planning. She scheduled me with 3 men and a truck. The team showed up on time as scheduled. They were very quick, thorough, and professional. They unloaded my items with care, and nothing got broken. They even laid out runners on my floors and stairs to ensure no damage to my floors. I have moved several times through the years, and this has been my best moving experience with Eddy's Movers. This is an amazing team, and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I had Eddy’s move a refrigerator from Lawrenceville to Powder Springs. The move was flawless and I would use them again if I have another move.

Mid Aug 2025 called Eddie,Eddie came over to give us a estimate. told him that we were not taken washer and dryer. Eddie offed $200.00 for both. I agreed to the price> Guess what he moved us to another apartment close buy. Here is what Eddie is all about. Number one. He is LIAR AND A THEIF. Dealt withKaren at Eddies. Claims she sent a check never received. Another LIAR.I guess that part of their training. Call many times left messages for Karen+Eddie Never received call back. Eddy and his crew were on time and quite efficient. I liked the fact that Eddy came out several days in advance to do a visual inventory and give us an estimate right on the spot. The were no issues and Eddy was there supervising the entire time in both the move from location to the new home. His office personnel were knowledgeable, communicated promptly and were very courteous. The entire experience was a pleasure. I highly recommend Eddy's Movers for any moving job.

I had hired Eddy movers recently to moved us to our new location in powder springs. And the experience could have not been better. Great price great costumer services very professionals. I even had the need to keep furnitures in one of their trucks for a few days because of my hardwood floors were not ready in one of the levels and they were kind and courteous enough to allow us to keep our furnitures in their truck for those days parked in my driveway for a very very reasonable price. Thank you Eddy movers for exceptional service and professional thoughtful and respectful job well done. I hired Eddy’s Movers to move my items from my 3-story town home to my new home in Stockbridge. They packed my kitchen and moved my whole home. Eddy was very courteous and was there throughout the move. The price was very competitive. Thank you Eddy’s Movers!!!

This experience started out well. I scheduled a move that had a few stops. The move date also needed to be changed. They were understanding and helpful about this. That is where the assistance and communication stopped. Once my move was completed, I tried to file a damage claim. I recently had new hardwood floors installed. A claim was filed because they slid my couch across the floors. When they did this it put fairly significant gashes in the wood (pics attached). The claim was filed the same day and followed up the next day. I was told it would take at least until the following week to be looked at and they would be in touch. I did not hear back from them by midweek so I reached out again. I was told they were still working on it and that Eddy would be reaching out. It has now been 3 weeks with no response about the claim or to see if anyone has reached out to resolve.

Job Not Performed moving team arrived today, 4-16-2025, unprepared to complete the moving job we agreed to. On March 4, 2025, I requested Eddy come to my house to take an inventory of the items to be moved and provide an estimate of the cost to do the job. He brought a folder with information about his company and various moving instructions. He stated that they charge $159 per hour. Moving supplies were $80 in the agreement. He said all supplies needed to move would be on the truck when the movers arrived. My charge was $80 for moving supplies. There would be 3 men on the moving truck. And if I did not complete my packing, his men would wrap, box, and pack the remaining items I had not gotten to. They would have blankets and wrapping plastic on the truck. He said that because I wanted to do most of my packing as possible. He said the $159 per hour covered the moving as well as the packing if needed. When his team arrived, I was 80% PACKED AND READY. MOVING DAY This is what happened with Eddy's Movers this morning. I am very frustrated because I'm packed and this is my moving day, 4-16-2025. Eddys moving team arrived today, 4-16-2025 unprepared to complete the moving job we agreed to. On march 4, 2025, I requested Eddy come to my house to take an inventory of the items to be moved and provide a estimate of the cost to do the job. It was very difficult getting in contact with Eddie. The young girl receptionist and the older woman in the background told me repeatedly I COULD NOT TALK TO HIM. His 3-man moving crew WOULD NOT GIVE ME HIS NUMBER. Finally, one of the office workers said they'd get him on the phone. He said he did not say they would pack any unpacked items. They wanted me to go buy boxes, come back, and pack the remaining items.

I really thought this would be a great experience. First, they overestimated the timeframe to move my proved. We cut by two hours which made it more reasonable. When moving from old house to new location, I was able to make it in an hour. The crew was going to stop for lunch on the way. Two of the crew got there within 2 hours. The truck took over 3 hours to arrive. They packed every thing up well, but did damage a piece of furniture. I was in the room when it occurred. They also took pictures. I tried to make a claim. After months of waiting, they denied the claim and said it was already damaged. Bottom line - you can?t trust them.

Eddy and the team were wonderful. They were great with handling our belongings and ensuring everything was in the proper place as the new home. The team was personable and made us feel very comfortable with the entire experience. Definitely consider Eddy's Mover for your next move!

We chose Eddy's Movers over 8 other companies we interviewed. They exceeded our expectations. They were very patient with our deadline changes and didn't change their pricing even over 9 months of waiting for us to sell our house. They showed up on time, packed everything up moved us to a new house, and didn't break or scratch anything. We were very fortunate to find Eddy's Movers and will use them again.

Everyone knows how difficult it is to move, but our experience was remarkable because of the highquality of service from the Eddy's Moving team! Packers, Mover, an office staff were all amazing in directing us for our move. The people are polite and honest. The work was neat and clean. I highly recommend Eddyâ s Movers.

They arrived on time, were courteous the entire time. Wrapped all furniture in blankets and plastic wrap to protect protect them. They worked hard the entire time and finished within the estimated time.

As expected

They were nice and accommodating. Only concerns was initially when they did the first walk thru with my fiancé, they had an outline on what needed to be packed. The day of the move his guys weren?t aware of the outline and they packed everything including the food in the pantry. And my toiletries. My fiancé and I felt like we should have supervision his packers more, but we weren?t comfortable standing over people while they are working. We paid 2,300 and that was a discounted price because the pantry got packed. We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home.
