Mr. Eddy was punctual, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The project is not finished as this work is for a church and the church board has to make a decision on how they want to proceed. James came out when he said he would, gave me a quote and explained the time frame involved to get the window and install it. He called before he came out so I would know exactly when he would be here. Replaced the window and cleaned everything up. Very professional and courteous. I would hire them again should I need any more glass work done.
