We had a ‘no heat’ issue on a Saturday, and Jeff came out within the hour. Fantastic communication, friendly interaction, knowledgeable and informative during the diagnosis and problem resolution. This is the second time I have used Edelman, and will continue to do so. All good all around!!

Michael arrived and went straight to work repairing our seized blower motor. He was very knowledgeable and I could tell he's been doing this a long time based on the way he had to make do with the motor he had by altering it's configuration to fit our model furnace and changing a capacitor to match. Experience is extremely valuable, and Edelman should be grateful to have Michael on their team. I'd only add that we had to wait a few days without the furnace because they didn't have a motor on hand. I'd like to think it'd be a great idea to have universal motors available on trucks for winter situations. That being said, I'm looking forward to doing future business with them.
