Although Ms. Eden was the nicest she could be. The product she used to clean the calcium, in my master shower, took the finish off all the tile. Now when you shower the floor is rough, instead of smooth like river rock. Both walls and floor turn completed white. I will now have to replace my entire walk-in shower. She made a very costly mistake.

At the beginning of the service we negotiated 3 hours of work -their minimum. At the end of three hours my home was all upturned, gunk on all my floors. Said I could pay for one more hour to get it all cleaned up. At the end of 4 hours she still was not done. I paid her and asked her to leave. I am still trying to remove the brown sticky residue from my appliances and floors.

She canceled twice. The first time she forgot to put me on her calendar and the second time she called after the time she was supposed to be there.

Very thorough, punctual and does a really good job. Very well qualified.

Searched for cleaning crew for a 1,500 sf condo rental move-out. WARNING: WAIT FOR A REPLY FROM A 5.0 OVERALL RATING! Agreed to pay $200; said she would bring all her own supplies & equipment. Eden was 45 min later than agreed; I had a neighbor unlock door & she asked him for a broom when she arrived(?). I specifically asked to clean dusty ceilings & around a/c vents; still have black dust around them. Baseboards were not cleaned. Showers still have black mold in corners. Frig not wiped out; floors, windows, & mirrors had very cloudy streaks and looked worse than when she arrived. Told her how disappointed I was and she ranted how hard she worked; that she's been cleaning houses for 30 yrs, and she used a Spin Mop like the professionals...(equipment won't make a difference if she used dirty water). She said I could pay her less, but she had to buy cleaning supplies and it cost $37 for an Uber to the job(?). Wished I'd have listened to the reviews!

She did not have cleaning equipment, I had to loan her my vacuum. I do not believe she did the amount of work she got paid for, and was rude to me after getting paid.

It was awful. We had to clean up her mess when we got home. I ha already paid her because I had to be at work.

She did a great job and worked hard.
